Weber 7473 Expandable Smoking Rack, 22-Inch

Worked terrific for 21# of bacon!I'm disappointed with packaging and instructions however... Like most weber'ers, I don't really read the instructions, but as I recycled the box, I saw they provided smoking box instructions inside instead of these. The other problem was the poor choice of tape around the sharp ends of the hooks instead of plastic caps. Had to soak the hooks and scrub with a stiff brush to get the tape off.I was concerned about the weight and how to mount the bacon, but it was pretty simple. The large "y" hook went through the pork belly 100%, then I hooked the bottom.

This item was received just as described, packaged well, on time and at a good value for my money.I am always looking for quality construction rather than low cost.I feel like this smoker rack will serve me well for a very long time.

got it to hang some sausage we were smoking in my WSM. Held 5 lbs, and could of held at least 5 more pounds. Very happy with it

The hooks are not great but it works great once you get some stainless steel meat hooks for it

I've used this rack to smoke four batches of bacon in the past two months, and I would recommend this accessory.Pros:-seats securely on the top grill straps. The arms fold "upward" so that it's difficult for them to slip off the straps accidentally.-holds a decent amount of weight. Supported 22 lbs of bacon easily and showed no sign of bowing or bending.-easy to assemble and disassemble. The bars help you adjust spacing according to your needs.-To fit even more, you can hang extra hooks off of the frame itself in addition to the bars.Cons:-the hooks were packaged with some kind of tape that does not come off cleanly. Use hot water and a scrubber to remove the residue.-I wish the hooks were sharper. It takes some effort to force the blunt ends through meat. Some simple "S" hooks would also be handy.-a bit unwieldy to store because there are so many loose pieces (bars and hooks), plus the frame does not fold flat. I just store everything in the original box.

Fantastic device for smoking sausage, fish, cheese, or anything you want to hang in the smoke. Fits the Weber SM 22 perfectly.

Constantly falls into grill when removing the lid. I would return it but I missed the return window by one day.

Used this several times already to smoke some homemade Polish sausage. Worked great.

Works very well, but the price was high as this device is discontinued.An alternate hangar is available for 55 gallon barrel cookers from Gateway Drum Smokers.I believe the 55 gallon drum rib hangar is 22.5 " .Confirm with Gateway.1/3rd the price.

Alle Smokey Mountain Besitzer wissen das sind mittlerweile Einzelfunde;)))Über die Nutzung würde ich nur eins sagen , selbsterklärend wie der Produktname vermuten lässt.

Qualitativ hochwertiger Räucheraufsatz. Wir haben lange damit gerungen und ihn jetzt doch bestellt. Die Verarbeitung ist gut und er wirkt auch relativ stabil. Einziges kleines Manko für mich: es ist relativ schwer, den Aufsatz wieder in die Originalkiste zu verpacken. Dadurch wie spitz manche Teile allerdings sind, lässt man ihn auch ungern unverpackt. Ansonsten wirklich zufrieden damit.

Très efficace

Erfüllt voll und ganz seinen Zweck. Standard Material verchromt. Passt wie erwartet. Man gewinnt einiges an Höhe und es gibt nichts leckereres als frische Forelle geräuchert.
