Although havingb been in the office supplues industry for many years, I made a classic mistake of buying cheaper alternatives to the brand leader. So, I decided to go for the brand that I knew well ... it has proved to be the right move. OK the product is more expensive but the for me the quallity is king. Much better product that suits me requirements.

Arrived without Tabs and Inserts

Good quality files and the name to use. Have had cheaper in the past and files end up splitting and tearing. These are are very strong and sturdy and will last.

I worked as a Secretary years ago using these files and I must say the quality has gone downhill. If the good reviews are anything to go by then the other makes must be pretty lousy. I am really disappointed that Rexel have cut down on quality over the years. The plastic tags fall off really easily and some split when you put them on because they are more brittle than they used to be.

Not having purchased any suspension files before, I did not know what to expect as regards to quality. I cannot fault them for the job in hand. If the filing system was going to be accessed on a daily basis, I would imagine that a more professional system would be required. I am happy with them and that's good enough.

Arrived in good time, just a couple of days. Box battered and scruffy but as described by seller, however files inside not damaged. Perfect for the job at a good price

Actually much more user friendly than the standard sized suspension files as they do not twist ad fall off their runners if the filing drawer is only part full.
