I ordered the Asakuki WiFi Oil Diffuser. When I first got it, I tried to connect to the WiFi, but wasn't able to. I figured that it had to be something that I wasn't doing. So, I finished setting it up. I really like the size 700ml. The mist is nice and being able to adjust between two levels is great. My last oil diffuser was supposed to have two levels, but I wasn't able to tell the difference. The lighting is nice being able to switch between three different setting: Gradient, Fixed & Nightlight. My only complaint and maybe I'm missing something, but when switching to Nighlight, it's a fixed color. I would love to have a low level gradient setting. Now back to the WiFi, the box stated that I'd been sent the WiFi version, the diffuser did not have the the WiFi button. After unsuccessfully try to connect to my WiFi, I contacted Asakuki customer support. They asked that I send them a couple of pictures. After which they asked for my address and let me know that they were sending me a new replacement unit. With the WiFi you can control the lighting as well as the strength of the mist from your phone, Android & Apple. The best thing though is that you can set up separate schedules for the Lighting and Mist settings. And not just one global setting, but for each day of the week. Have it turn on when you want and turn off when you want. One schedule for lighting and a different one for the mist. Amazing, I didn't even have to ask, Asakuki customer support offered and also told me to keep the non-WiFi unit that was packed in the wrong box. Amazing! So don't hesitate to purchase this Asakuki WiFi Oil Diffuser.

I have bought 7 different ones in the last couple of months. This one is hands down the best. The huge size and tuya app wuth alexa is killer. You can use the app to set schedules for it to turn on and off, or you can do it with Alexa too. I love having it turn on and off giving fresh bursts. Huge capacity too is awesome! I love the colors and the color fade. Two things would make this thing beyond badass. Get rid of that green led on the front or let you turn it off! It is a bright green that hugely takes away from the color fading or static color. If its on purple, this big green sore thumb led still is shining green. I tried to tape over it but it doesn’t work. A newer model with that gone would be awesome! If you can set your own color fade ie go from blue to purple and back instead of transitioning to orange and green (doesn’t fit with the vibe of my room with purple and nebula star projector)

UPDATE: after about 2 weeks my original unit fully stopped working. I reached out to their customer service and they were extremely helpful! they sent me out a 2nd unit no questions asked free of charge and continued to follow up with me even after receiving the product to make sure everything was working well and honestly that’s hard to find now a days. I have had the unit a couple weeks only used about 3/4 times thus far and so far the unit is working fine. I will say I primarily bought this product because of the 700ml tank size that is promoted however I find that if you fill the unit with 700ml or even 500ml of water the vapor production is extremely low to nonexistent and really underwhelming however if you allow it to keep running by the time it’s down to about 300ml of water the vapor production does pick up and get quite a bit stronger so it’s more like a 300ml tank in my eyes. The Run time is great on a full 700ml I get about 24hrs on heavy vapor mode and about 12 on 300ml or so of water. Everything else the Alexa connection, their app to control lighting etc is extremely easy to set up and works flawlessly the. I updated this from 2 stars to 4 only reason I can’t give this 5 stars is because of the vapor production at a full tank and the original unit going out. But I can assure you if you get this product your in good hands from a customer service side. I purchased the Asakuki oil diffuser with wifi. The main reason I purchased this product was because of the tank size and all of the positive reviews. I received my unit today very quickly basically next day shipping. Excited to use the unit I read through all the instructions, connected the unit to the 2.4G wifi and my Alexa device without any issue. I filled the unit up with exactly 700ml of water and my favorite essential oils and powered the unit on just to find out it produced 0 vapor. I attempted to change the vapor strengths from strong to weak and back to strong again along with powering the unit off changing outlets the device was plugged into and back on again and still nothing. The unit is clearly defective, I have contacted the seller and hoping their customer service is good and a replacement unit is sent. I will update the review accordingly based on their response.

Loving my new diffuser, I got this for my office and works absolutely perfect. It has timer I can use. What I most like about this is no noise and has nice colors. I use my own oils that makes it more relaxing. I definitely recommend it . It would be nice for gift , easy to clean.

Auto shutoff works great, I don’t have to worry about forgetting it. Love how big the tank is, fills up my whole living room with mist. Looks nice on my desk and isn’t loud at all. Holds a lot of water so I don’t have to refill it all the time. Diffuses essential oils well and smells great without being overpowering. Easy to fill and clean, way less annoying than my old one. The lighting options are cute, but I usually just leave it off. Mist level is strong enough to notice but not distracting. Seems well made for the price so far. Great for bedtime, it makes the room feel more comfortable.

I purchased this based on the reviews. However, the reviews I read did not cover the Wi-Fi issue, the lack of a strong enough mist and the overall failure as a company to fully embrace transparency. First off, I downloaded the App from the Apple AppStore. That was a breeze. What happened next was less than easy. Apparently you need to have your router working at a 2.4Ghz spectrum. If your router is a 5Ghz spectrum level, you're out of luck. You'll have to figure out how to drop your router down in order for this diffuser to connect to the app on your phone. If you can't do that (I have Google WiFi and Apple products, so I cannot), you won't be able to connect. Having said that, if you can't connect, you can't utilize the timer settings. The three buttons on the side of the diffuser can be figured out if you use the pictures on the Amazon listing. If you refer to the Quick Set-Up Manual, you won't find anywhere that tells you when you press the buttons, what the subsequent beeps mean. They spend more time explaining how to set it up on the App and how to set it up on Alexa than it does to even explain how to basically use it. This diffuser is built to be used by the App. If you can't use the App, it would be very difficult to use this product. I was able to figure out how to choose the "strong" setting in the misting settings, but it is a very weak stream. I have another diffuser that has a much stronger mist that it puts out in comparison to this one. I was extremely disappointed at this. After being frustrated for most of the evening yesterday, I finally e-mailed the company asking for a more detailed list of how to use the diffuser. They were quick to reply, giving me the instructions via email, but that's not something that a normal customer should have to do. As a paying customer, I should be able to have those instructions within the package as it arrives, not after I lose 3 hours of frustration and exasperation. They give it a 30 day money back guarantee, no questions asked. I'll give it a couple more days before I decide whether to keep it or not. As of this review posting, I am leaning towards sending it back. I expected more from this experience.

The quality of the diffuser is excellent, the scent oils that come with it are okay, but I prefer to buy different oils. Lights up many different colors, and is an excellent buy. Will have pretty much your whole house smelling great, with a calming atmosphere.

Pros: Very quiet operation. Larger than typical capacity At 700 ml. Easy to clean. Pretty colors. Night mode (no blue light option). Can schedule colors, mists, night mode through app. Cons: If you are unlucky, and your device doesn’t link to your phone app on the first try, you have to try a bunch of stuff to make it work. For me, I had a 5GHz wifi network, which was an issue since this device only works with 2.4GHz wifi networks. In a situation like mine, pairing the device to your phone (so that you can control it remotely through the app) requires manipulating your phone’s wifi connections. This is a serious pain for the sake of using a simple diffuser. When I ran into this issue, I tried to use the device by just using the buttons on it...that turned out to be such a hassle that I decided to return the product if I could not get the diffuser to connect to the app. After checking my router and seeing that we did have both a 2.4GHz and a 5GHz Wi-Fi, I had to make my phone “forget” the 5GHz wifi connection, connect to the 2.4 GHz connection, then connect to the 2.4GHz wifi again inside the app, then switch out of the app and back to phone’s wifi settings to connect to a wifi that the device was projecting. All this while trying to unplug, “turn off”, and/or correspond certain steps for 3, 5 or 10 seconds with a “no light”/“slow blink”/ “fast blink” indicator light on the device. After FINALLY getting the app to recognize the device, I had to go back in to my phone’s wifi settings to re-connect to my 5GHz wifi. SUCH a hassle! During the days before I had gotten the app to work I tried to use the buttons on the front, but they are really vague. There’s three buttons, only one of which is labeled (it says Wi-Fi); one button has an impression of a lightbulb below it and another one has a couple drops of water below it...so you know what they are for...but you have no real idea what setting you’re actually on when you use the buttons. For example, you can’t really tell what ‘timer setting’ you have selected. And many of the best options associated with this diffuser are only accessible through the app’s controls. I found that really frustrating. The scent dispersed when using Essential Oils is strong at first, but certainly tapers off over time since the oils float on the water and there’s so much water below the oils... so you definitely notice it less after a few hours. This is a 700ml tank and the measuring cup that comes with the device is 150ml. I don’t really see the point of it. I mean, why bother? You have to fill the cup four times + a partial fill of 100ml. It feels like the cup is an after thought. Its easier just to fill a large cup or large liquid measuring cup rather than go through the trouble of using the one provided with the device. Seems like a waste of plastic. Also, I hate that the lid just rests on top. I have cats and they love to help gravity do its thing. So i don’t much like the idea that I have 700ml of water and oils that could be spilled out at any time. Overall, now that I have the app controls working I think I like it. But it has been such a massive pain I could see me putting this device away or in a guest room for occasional use in favor of a better designed diffuser. Also, since this relies so heavily on app controls, I’m a bit concerned this device could become obsolete at any time should the app stop being available.

This product arrived with a plug that is not compatible with UK . Why is this?
