Hi, No it’s a case that protects the sides and edges of your watch and does an excellent job too would highly recommend works well with a separate screen protector. Hope this helps .

Will it work with a series 3 42mm?

The one I ordered was for Series 6 m. 44 mm. You’d need to order specifically for the 42 mm case.

Apple watch series 7 will this work with it 45mm

I had one on my Watch 5 44mm and have tried it on my new 7 45mm and all seems ok! Fits exactly the same without being tight at all. Not sure what the problem is with the screen edges as it is do thin - doesn’t cause me any issues at all!

Does this work with the spigen screen protector?

No not really, if it’s the hard screen protector with edges the case tends to lift the protector off the watch glass
