The software included did not load on my laptop, even when i have the processing power to scan.This i found out when i found alternative versions via a day long search on Google.Not permitted to say where due to Amazon rules on links.Intel don't support SR300 any more, the hardware used in this product.No allowed to share information as it requires an external link via Amazon, forbids this.Don't buy this unless you are sure your computer can use their poor software.You also will need to know what your doing with computers.Not for beginners at all.Software quality is very poor.Hardware works OK, very low resolution mind you.OK for starting up with 3D scanner.

Very poor service from manufacturers will not respond to emails unable to use software does not work, will not work on windows 10Now out of time for refund due to company not responding

Not that easy to get good scans even with following notes. Some interesting effects by accident though. Glad I didn’t spend more.

I got a new computer for it to work the 3D scanner. when I install the software for the 3D scanner end up with malicious objects. good job I have Kaspersky on my new computer. The point of the mouse freezer on me. I will look for another 3D scanner soon.

Unusable because the software is utterly useless and the only reliable thing about it is it’s systematic crashing during every scan. Alternative software no longer works, rendering it a waste of money.

Takes a bit of getting used to, but if you persevere you will reap the rewards.
