Acroprint ES900 Electronic Payroll Recorder/Time Stamp/Numbering Machine

The machine works great. Not only provide hour, minute and also second, it fit my need. Easily to use. Make sure to read the manual before set up the machine.

Good value, work as advertised quality

This unit should be OK for a small shop environment. Not extremely difficult to set up if you can follow instructions. Unit has many ways to set up the print output so should satisfy just about anyone needs. The time cards are easy to line up in the window, the only issue is the adjustable backstop which is very flimsy and moves with repeated use (I used a small strip of duct-tape to secure it from sliding back, temporary fix but will come up with more elegant solution when time permits) Purchased mainly because I wanted a digital unit that was set and forget, and this unit synchronizes to the national atomic clock, but not sure how it will hold up over time, we shall see.

easy to set up, easy use- very pleased with this unit so far

Lasted about 1 year in our warehouse. Is used every day to timestamp purchase requests so does see lots of use. Maybe okay for small home office, etc. The issue is that the motor that drives the stamping mechanism is a lot weaker than when new and may be due to worn plastic gears, etc. I had also purchased the backup battery option and the unit completely died in mid stamp. Only could get working after removing the battery and still the unit hesitates in the middle of stamping, sometime with an error code (I think error 32).

Perfect size - much easier to line up and see print area with the led light built in.

This a a good timeclock..I have had another one for 4 years and it still works perfect so I orders this one for another part of the plant I work at

Plug-and-play time clock; need to re-adjust the time of day once in a while after a few months.
