I have Crepe/paper looking hands and i have spent years and money trying to find one that will help repair not just make it look ok for a few hours

Cosmetic hand creams such as this one cannot repair skin. Repair comes from within the skin. Creams only affect the top layers (the epidermis), which is why you are finding you have to re-apply after a few hours. Luckily, this cream is very reasonably priced and is a pleasure to use.
