Good quality good fit and hard wearing
I have worn the short socks for about 20years and found them to be very hard wearing for work.l have moved to the country and now wear wellies a lot so I thought I would try the under knee ones and they are excellent in wellies

Not Made Like they Used to - Cheaper product materials
Used to get the high socks which were made a lot better. These are thinker and wear out fast. Shame I couldnt find originals any longer

Gold Toe has always been a good brand. I have purchased at least 5 packages of these socks for family members. They fit well without binding, they wash well, they are comfortable. They are long and come close to the bend of the back of the knee. This is a brand that I will purchase again.

Pro: Thick weight cotton knit provides excellent absorption and reduces chafing from boot legs. This sock is offered in smaller men's sizes, a rariety in boot sock sizing. These socks are long -long enough to fold the top over at boot top, either inside the boot or over boot edge. Gold Toe is a consistently great sock line. These boots socks offer good compression and stability. In short, these are an excellent value for a terrific boot sock Little to no shrinkage or fabric loss in machine lint filter after machine washing and drying on normal settings. Excellent color retention. These socks aee holding up very well after months of daily use. I've purchased 4 3-packets. Neg: None noticed.

My husband has worn Gold Toe socks exclusively since 1956. Once he finds a winner he sticks with it. Did I tell you we have been married over 60 years? I asked him what was so special about them. He told me there was nothing he did not like and everything else he liked. Conversation over. 😊
