Still not sure if my Venus flytrap will sprout and grow. I have the pot under a grow light nothing yet. Here is a picture of the mimosa seeds that come as a thank you gift. (MIMOSA NEEDS NORMAL WATER NOT RAIN OR DISTILLED well that’s the water I’m using for the mimosa. I was spraying it with a big spray bottle to keep the water moist. Venus flytrap I’m using distilled.)

Do not buy this product would get zero stars and is total waste of money as the plant hasn’t grown I’ve followed the instructions!! Complete waste of money and my son is devastated as he really wanted the plant.

This seems to be a lovely kit. We haven't actually planted the seeds yet - Harry's just going to do that - but it all looks great, with nice clear instructions, pots and accessories and seeds in an attractive box. We're both very excited. Hope they grow. Fingers and toes crossed.

I bought this in January, sold as a Venus Flytrap kit - seeds, container etc. It did grow after 4 months and its still alive, (see photo), but certainly not a Venus Flytrap, some type of fern. This is a total con, the seeds supplied are not for plant described. The second photo is a Venus Flytrap I purchased on line as a potted plant, that's what it should have grown in to! Half the cost for the plant which is thriving. Cost me £21 including post for some rubbish seeds, compared to £9 for an actual healthy potted plant. This should be withdrawn, an absolute disgrace. Don't buy from these people!

Bought for a present, followed all the instructions. But the plant hasn't and won't grow. It's a nice kit. But it's a shame it hasn't worked.

This is a nice looking kit. The instructions are clear and I am optimistic I will be able to grow these successfully. I have not grown them yet so I cannot comment on how well they will do. There is some nice bonuses of the opportunity for some free tools and some some free seeds included in the box, though it would have been nice if you were told what they were.
