I had injured my thumb and it gradually became locked up. Started to see results in the first couple weeks of taking this supplement and could finally start to bend my finger. It completely healed my “trigger thumb” within 4-6 weeks of taking the recommended dose. It may have also improved the appearance of my facial skin. Have recommended it to family members.

I was told I needed to have knee replacement, but since taking this fish oil and the collagen my knees have been very, very good and the pain is minimal.

We like the quality, size, and how easy they are to swallow with fluids. These capsules are made from chicken sternal cartilage and is said to promote health joint function, comfortable movement, and strong connective tissue while maintaining normal moisture in aging skin. It's still early to assess how effective these capsules are in accomplishing these goals. These capsules do not contain yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, shellfish, nuts, or sesame ingredients, which should be helpful for those who allergic to these foods. These capsules are rather pricey, so it may be worth finding lower-cost alternatives that perform as well/accomplish the same results.

The below reviewer is misinformed. This product is hydrolyzed collagen type 2, and he is comparing it to hydrolyzed collagen type 1, with the sports science marine collagen. Type 2 is better for joints and doesn't require as much as type 1 to be effective. Type 1 is better for hair, skin, nails, and connective tissues. "Product is fine but you get such a small amount for the price, imo. According to Copilot the recommend dosage of collagen for cartilage issues is For cartilage repair and joint health, the recommended collagen dosage depends on the type of collagen supplement: 1. Hydrolyzed Collagen (Collagen Peptides) Dose: 5 to 15 grams per day Use: Commonly used for improving joint function, reducing pain, and supporting cartilage regeneration 1. 2. Undenatured Type II Collagen (UC-II) Dose: 10 to 40 milligrams per day Use: Specifically targets joint health and is derived from chicken sternum cartilage 2 A serving size in this bottle is: 2 capsules which is 1 g of BioCell Collagen (1,000 mg Hydrolyzed Chicken Sternal Cartilage Extract, providing 570 mg Hydrolyzed Type II Collagen). Lo compre para mí hermano el tiene mal las rodillas por una lastimadura de la infancia y venía tiempo quejándose de el dolor. Ya tiene rato tomando las y si le ayudado para aliviar el dolor, y que sus rodillas tengan mejor movilidad. Las cápsulas no huelen mal y no tienen mal sabor. Muy buen producto recomendado
