Tosnail 2 Pack 12 Cavity Mini Cheesecake Pan with Removable Bottom

These are a wonderful baking tool. The size is just right! They are not as small as mini cup cake tins and not as large as a regular cup cake tins. I would say they are a 2 bite dessert, but my husband and kids eat them in 1. Before baking I sprayed them Pam, baked them, let cool and for 10 minutes, used a knife around some of the edges to help them release, let them cool completely then refrigerated them over night. The next day they came right out with out any issues! I hand washed them as I do all my baking pans and they washed up easily. The little disks are sharp, so be aware and wash with a sponge. I love that they came with so many extra disks. I highly recommend this so if you are on the fence....go for it you will not be disappointed.

I have the mini square size and they’ve held up well and work to make mini cheesecakes, so I purchased two sets of the round shape for my larger recipes. My cheesecakes pop right out and I haven’t had any issues taking the bottom discs off. Note that when the discs are wet and you wonder how you will get the them apart, use a light touch. It’s counterintuitive, but if you use a light touch, they slide apart well. I hand wash my pans. They are lightweight to work with but sturdy. Mine came with extra discs. If you like finger sized desserts, these pans are great to bake with.

Tedious to use BUT my mini cheesecakes came out fabulous!!!!!

I was rating this somewhere between 3.5 and 4 but had pretty decent success with them so opted for four. I ordered four of these for an open house. For the most part, they worked well. Half a regular cheesecake recipe makes about 24. Though it is supposed to be nonstick, I found it best to spray the bottoms with cooking spray or melted butter. as it makes removal of the bottoms easier. I also found it best to brush the sides with melted butter or shortening as I did note a bit of a metallic taste on some of the minis though not all. After chilling overnight, I ran a thin knife around the sides (be careful not to scrape the metal as it can flake a bit) and then they remove pretty easily by pushing from the bottom though some looked a little raggedy on the sides. They send extra bottoms which is helpful as it is really easy to have more than one stuck together, particularly after washing. I had to rub the disks to try and separate them but was not always successful. All in all they worked pretty well. I only wish they were made in the USA and not China....

I don't bake. Like at all. But I was in charge of doing desserts for a holiday and decided to do som end bake mini cheesecakes. Didn't know these things existed and my god were they amazing. You can make individual ini cheesecakes and they have the metal piece at the bottom so you can just push up the finished cake easily and they came out great. Definitely worth it.

Bought these originally to make cheesecake bites and they worked great because they were the perfect size and were easy to pop out with the removable bottom. Over time I did notice that the coating started to chip off of the discs when I would wash them, and also stick to the bites I baked. I definitely did not want to keep baking in them and potentially have someone ingest the coating. The little discs at the bottom were also a little sharp, so I would just be careful with handling them.

Got this to make no bake cheesecakes and it is a life saver. For this price, the quality is very good! A definite recommend!
