I have been taking this product for about 6 months now, and I plan on taking it for much longer. I have not been paid, have not been given any free product, have not even talked to the seller or maker of this product. Decided to try it after reading scholarly and anecdotal articles about NAD supplements. Dose has been 1 (one) 500MG capsule of this brand every morning faithfully for 6 months. First, I have not noticed a single bad side effect. No flushing, no gastro problems, no negative mental side effects, nadda. Here's what I did notice on the plus side (and since there's no double blind study, this is anecdotal): Increased energy, both mentally and physically. Heightened attention, which is my biggest plus... since I honestly have a touch of attention deficit disorder. At work this is where I notice that the most. Procrastination of simple tasks just because I'd rather poke around on Facebook or look for deals on the web, or forums, and many other things. I still do that to some degree, but it's much, much less pronounced. I focus better at day to day tasks, and found myself much more engaged, productive and entertaining at meetings, many of which I usually lead. I notice hangovers are much less uncomfortable. I'm now in my 50's and have noticed wrinkles on my face have diminished, mostly those crows feet and eye "bags" and wrinkle bunches. I am convinced my fingernails grow faster! I'm not bald, but thinning somewhat. That's one area this doesn't seem to have any affect, I don't think my hair has thickened. So that's my honest opinion about my experience. And this stuff is inexpensive as well. Oh, and I can't say it has improved sleep, I generally don't have sleep problems.

This helps more than just your skin. Look it up.

I just got it so I can't review if it works. I did receive it on time so I guess that warrants some stars and it was competitively priced. So that's a hy the 4 stars.

Great supplement! Easy to take, pill size small, no smell to it. I also have noticed some results already with my skin and nail.

Recently I ordered some supplements from Amazon, and this item arrived on 07/15. Only opened it today because I want to finish my old B-com before starting this. When pouring out some to fill up the pill organizer, I saw one "empty" capsule come out from the "Niacinamide" bottle which has no filled powder in it, as this has never happened before and out of shock, I poured out some more to check, around the 25 capsules, I didn't see an empty one but found the powder amount in capsules are not the same, some of them has more, some of them has less, would say only few of them was almost fully filled, most of them are about 80~90% filled with powder, and 1/3 of them are filled 70~80%. Out of curiosity, I opened the K2 from the same company, and luckily to find out there's no problem with the capsules. The reason I write this review is not to complain about the empty capsule in the the Niacinamide, but for the quality control of the product, for this is a supplement, not food item you can eat more or less as you wish, there are recommended doze for people taking them in order to get better result. I suggest Vitacost company to do stricter quality control for Niacinamide production, as they do with the K2, to meet customers' expectation. (attached photo shows: at the back, from the left with the empty capsule, the middle ones filled with 75~90%, the most right one almost fully filled, the Niacinamide in white color. The front row shows 3 capsules of K2, with light beige color, which are all fully filled, with consistent quality. PS. My family member, later after this review was written found out the "empty" capsule has a hole on it, "breakage" might be the reason why it's empty. As it was empty when opened, and the inconsistent amount of Niacinamide capsules compared to the NO PROBLEM K2, with in mind VITACOST can do better with Niacinamide, I post this review.
