Makes the perfect poached egg
This is the best egg poacher I've ever used [and over 66 years, I've used several]. It's easy to use and to get the eggs out. Cleaning is a breeze. The only negative I have is the lid will not seat well while the eggs are poaching and is not a snug fit.

Well made.
Just used this today and my eggs were perfect. It was easy to use. I put a little butter in each cup as the water was heating up and then brushed the sides with it. Nothing stuck! Love this pot and will get lots of use! Handles get hot as they are not coated so use potholders.

It works, but...
I ordered the two-egg poacher and received it within days. Washed it up and sat it aside for a few days before using. I read the enclosed instructions—sounded pretty easy: - Fill the water level to the clearly marked line on the pan. - Bring the water to a boil. - Spray the cups with oil. - Drop eggs into the cups. - Place the cups into the two holes in the top plate. - Sit the lid on top. - Cook for 2~4 minutes. I set the egg-timer app on my phone for four minutes and waited. The egg whites touching the sides of the cup seemed to solidify pretty quickly, but I waited the full four minutes before taking the lid off. I touched the top of the egg with my spatula. The edges were cooked, but the center above the yoke was still translucent (read: raw). I reset my timer for two more minutes, reinstalled the lid and waited. Once the timer went off I took off the lid and started to lift the first cup by the round metal handle. Don’t do that! The instructions say it will be hot—it is. Using a folded paper towel, I lifted the cup out of the pan and turned it over onto a piece of toast. I had my spatula ready, but didn’t need it. The egg slipped easily out of the cup. How was it? Quite good, actually. The whites were solid, like they should be, and the yokes were hot and runny (as they should be). So, what’s my impression of this egg poacher? It does what it says it will do, but not exactly as they say it would do it. One possible reason is that the glass lid doesn’t actually fit the pan once the flat metal plate is put into place. It’s pretty obvious that the pan and lid were produced as a set and the lid fits as you would expect. However, once the flat plate is sat into the rim of the pan, the lip of the lid had no place to go. The loose lid may be one of the reasons that eggs are still raw after four minutes. The steam created by the boiling water leaks out instead of cooking the top portion of the egg. The round metal clips that go around the cups for lifting are actually a bit too tall to allow the lid to sit evenly on the top of the pan/flat plate. This too may lead to loss of steam. Overall impression? The quality seems consistent with what you would expect for low-cost pots & pans. For eighteen bucks (prime price) and free shipping, it’s a good deal. Functionally, it is fine, even with the noted quirks. You just have to adjust the cook-times to produce the eggs the way you want. Bottom line: Yes, I would buy it again and recommend it to friends.

Workability and Durability
This poaching pan is great! There's only my wife and I, so the two poaching cup pan was enough. This was my first time poaching eggs. I followed the instructions and the eggs turned out great! My wife kept telling me that she doesn't like poached eggs, but I made some hollenday sauce and put that over the egg and toast. She loved it!

Great little tool for the price.
Just enough room for my two eggs for breakfast. I’m the only one in my family who eats them poached, so great value for the money. The non stick surface keeps the eggs sliding out without help when they are cooked. Works well and easy to use and clean.

Poached eggs are back!
Love the double egg poacher. Have not had this since I was a kid and mom cooked in an old style poacher pot. It’s quick and works well. It’s easy to use. Cook to desired consistency.

Best tasting eggs ever
Previously, I bought the stainless steel version which did not work for me because the egg stuck to it, and it overcooked them. Well, this one works perfectly and has a very nice pot with lid that can be used for other things. I followed the directions, filled the water to the line, got it to boiling, rubbed a small amount of extra-virgin olive oil in the bottom of the cups, plus a pat of butter. On top, I sprinkled sea salt, garlic powder, pepper, some grated cheese and a few grains of brown sugar, placed on the lid and let it go about four minutes, took the pot off the stove open the lid. Let them stand a few minutes and begin eating. And so delicious. It was very easy to clean the cups and get them ready for the next meal.

Compact quality poacher for a single person. Easy to clean and to remove cups and a clear lid are the best features. Nice weight.
