It Works
Installed and has been working for 2 weeks so far, let’s see how long it lasts. Much less $ than Yamaha retail.

Very cheap quality when compare to original Yamaha
It works, but not sure how long it will last as I have only tested it with boat out of the water. It is like buying something from the dollar store when comparing the quality ( components used inside the motor ) with the original.

Does not fit yamaha!!!
The product it self looks good, but it does not fit the base. Even though I read the reviews and I still made the mistake of buying this product. I thought that after so many reviews they would fix the problem but they haven’t. The base of the motor is to small the the mount and oil seeps through the sides. After taking the time to paint it and installing it, I realized it leaked when I tested the hydraulic. Really bad product would not recommend it as it does not fit properly.

Fits and works great on Yamaha 225 ox66
Fit perfect on my Yamaha ox66 225 outboard. I took the liberty to paint before installing for added protection as corrosion is usually the cause of death. Time will tell on how long it lasts.
