Arrived broken, but was fixed - and then some. 5/5.
(Updated review) They’ve done everything they can to make my order right (I had some problems w shipping) and sent me a beautiful necklace that my wife adores. Their kindness changed my one star review to a 5, hands down. And I will be a returning customer. Thank you, Sugandha Wellness! (Old review): Arrived chipped, pale, and missing parts. No polyester string, no pamphlet/papers regarding crystal care, etc. just arrived in a plastic sleeve with three noticeable chips out of the stone itself. It’s a shame, because it actually would be really pretty otherwise. I had to wait 6 days to receive it with prime shipping, too.

Very nice crystal i bought 2 of these for my wife n myself the setting is lil flimsy i had to fill setting with gorrilla glue pushed back in n wiped excess off let set over night other then that i did swap out necklace for dogtag chain put those on all my necklaces otherwise very goid for price fast shipping

I was told to purchase one ..just to ward off negativity around me ..but over all I love it not the chain. It's not sterling silver so it give me a nasty rash on the back of my neck
