Nice durable hat
I thought it was Army issue , but it is Marine Corp symbol on it. Just bought for some sun shade and shedding water etc. Works great! Just be prepared if someone thinks you were in the corp...and tries to be a jerk to you unless you were in. FYI, I could care less and would have preferred it did not have it on it. Nothing against anyone that served, Proud of them and thankful. Just wanted this style of hat like the old booney hat from surplus.

Not what I was hoping for
I am not sure if this product is genuine USMC issue as claimed. I have a boonie in Desert MARPAT and it is real USMC issue, complete with the embedded EGA in the material. The Woodlands boonie is not sized the same,t he brim is much wider, the manufacturer is different and there are no embedded EGAs in the material. This may in fact be genuine USMC issue but compared to my Desert boonie, i am not as satisfied.

Worth it.
Very fine materials for a boo I e hat. Perfect fit and the camo pattern matches its USMC counterpart excellently. Worth the money.
