No pain no gain
Tastes better than plain old Senna and definitely does the job of keeping you regular. It does cause slight cramping so I wouldnโt advise it as an everyday tea. I canโt speak to its โweight lossโ properties but it does decrease appetite when youโre too busy do using on where the nearest toilet is. For me it starts to work between 4-6 hours so be careful to time consumption right!

Great tasting ,makes me lose weight ,it makes me have bowel movement early mornings,deflates the stomach as well, gets rid of bloating,it works in just few days for me.Love it.

Horrible taste
This is not the same as the Tropical Sun Senna. Taste is horrible and not effective as the senna tea bags. Bring back the tropical sun Senna please, it helps with my IBS. Unfortunately this slimatee has too much ingredients that over powers the senna leaf in this slimatee tea bags. I stopped buying this and looking for something that helps my IBS
