I watched a simple video and followed the instructions. I had to take out several links and was done in a matter of minutes. Value: This watch is a great value for the money. When I was looking, there were others that were far more expensive. I felt like this watch was such a great deal. Finally, it is extremely comfortable to wear. I forget that I have it on!
