Dimensions Needlecrafts Feltworks Replacement Felting Needles

I always order these needles for my projects. I first found them at a Michaels and they have since stopped carrying felting supplies. I was bummed but knew that it may be possible Amazon carried them. And ofcourse they carry them, and at a better price! There are two sized needles, one for felting fine areas like detailed faces or smoothing surfaces and the other is a course needle for felting large areas or deep felting. There are three of each and they are good quality needles that last a long time. Feltworks seems to be a good company and I have purchased wool and other tools from them. I have not been disapointed yet!

I used this to help root my silicone dolls hair and it worked 100%. Ide recommend this to any doll artist or even someone looking to have a new hobby.

Just learning to felt -- mostly for repairing old wool sweaters. The needles are rather fragile (they're needles, after all) and you've got to be careful.

I was just using the needles by hand (no tools or anything, just a needle) and felting with a foam pad underneath. I was only felting the body of a small light blue duck when one of the coarse needles broke, so then I switched to another one, then SNAP! It broke again! Then I decided to leave the body alone and move on to the eyes and beak, working with the needles for finer wool, but then another 2 broke! I don't know if this was because of my applying too much pressure or using the needles wrong somehow, or the product having some kind of defect, but they broke way too easily. Now I only have two needles left and a ton of wool.

They do the job a lot better than some of the more expensive ones

Great for felting. I don't know what the going rate is for these, but this seemed to be a reasonable price, at least on amazon. They come in a little plastic cover so you can tuck them away when not in use so they don't break or poke you.

I've barely started this project and already had three needles break. I'm going to have to order from another company just to finish this project in time. I wanted to give Dimensions a shot, but now that I have, I absolutely will not be using them again. I'd love to be offered a refund for these items, but I couldn't even find information to contact this seller. Total disappointment.

Don't buy they break very easy I thought I got a bad set so I purchased another one and they broke as well Purchase it for a reborn doll and yes I put warm rice in the dolls head to softened it they still broke

excelente precio para la cantidad de agujas, me gusta tener distintos tamaños para trabajar y las más delgadas son muy buenas para trabajar con el fieltro cuando ya está muy denso o hay que poner detalles! incluso las gruesas son más delgadas que el resto de las agujas de este tipo que he usado, lo cual a mi personalmente no me molesta. Son un poco incómodas de usar por periodos largos de tiempo porque no tienen base de silicón para sostenerlas, pero a 80 pesos (en el momento en las que yo las compré, veo que subieron a 111 pesos, aunque sigue siendo buen precio) por 6 agujas de fieltrado no se puede ser tan exigentes ;P

están muy bien, son solo agujas, pero, compre otras mas económicas que ensuciaban la lana, estas en cambio están muy limpias y bien presentadas, se nota su calidad :).

I like these needles, they feel quite sturdy. ANY felting needle is going to break on you when your a beginner so buy lots and don't let a broken needle get you down!
