Review: The "hotness" is perfectly tempered by Cream - If you avoid Atomic Fireballs because the cinnamon taste is just a bit too "hot," and if you normally prefer cream and sugar in your coffee, just pour some heavy cream into your coffee, and sweeten it by placing one of these Fireballs in your mouth. Just hold it between your tongue and the roof of your mouth while you sip the coffee. Even if it starts to break up, don't bite the Fireball (or Fireball pieces) as the creamed coffee swirls around its sides and slowly dissolves it, slowly enough to last for the entire cup. The cream in the coffee will "temper" the normally "hot" cinnamon taste into a simple and wonderful cinnamon sweetness. Simply dropping a Fireball into your coffee and allowing it to dissolve in the cup will not have the same slow-dissolve-sweetening effect as holding it in your mouth. This is only for when you want coffee without food (or before food, or after food). It's hard to eat a muffin when you're already holding a Fireball in your mouth. Try it. It's the best way to sweeten coffee.

Not very hot
Not very hot. I got these because they were cheap, but I should have stuck with the Wonka brand Atomic Fireballs, which are “gotta spit it out” hot. My wife prefers these because she can’t handle the heat.
