I have worn one of these overnight for three months on my problem foot. My bunion is less obvious and more importantly does not hurt. Might not work for everyone but it’s comfortable and easy to use. Takes a little adjustment each night but it does not need to be tight or restrictive to make meaningful separation between your big toe and others. It even appears that my early stage hammer toes are relaxing. For the price, easily worth a purchase. I have no connection to this company or Amazon. Just a satisfied customer.

These sort of work. The design needs to be improved as it is pretty thick and rolls around your foot when you sleep (bar ends up on top of my foot which defeats the purpose). Also your foot isn't a tube so the way the material is cut doesn't fit your foot very well as by the time you wrap it around your foot the velcro hits your skin instead of the material. Update: I've since worked with this product a bit more and I've found that if stretched really tight it won't roll. Takes time to get used to the compression but worth it. I've also been massaging the muscles around my foot and YAY, my toe is straightening out!!

I love these and they really work, even if they don’t stay cold for long. I had a toe cheilectomy years ago and the orthopedic surgeon really messed up my big toe by giving me the wrong surgery to remove a bone spur. I now have severe arthritis in the joints of my big toe and a bunion the side. It gets so bad that the toe starts hurting so bad and swells up just from walking or riding in the car in one spot for a long time. These fit my foot like a glove and they get freezing cold in the freezer. Oddly, the cold feels amazing against the bare skin of my foot/toe. It loosens up my toe so that the joints can pop and then I feel so much better. Buy theses! You won’t be sorry if you are an arthritis sufferer in your big toe.

I originally purchased this to use as a splint for my toe due to a surfing injury. While it does keep my toe stiff as I hoped it would, the solid splint portion of it moves around very easily even when completely tight around the foot. I understand this is not a medical device and should not be used as such but even for the intended use it seems like it wouldn't be completely effective. It comes with a separate piece that can be used for added compression, but all it seems to do is constrict bloodflow since the ball of the foot is in a weird spot to use the separate pieces. The idea behind it makes sense but there wasn't too much thought put into the design. The velcro and brace as a whole seems like it is high quality, I've been walking around using it for the past 2 weeks with no issues. It is bulkier than I'd like which means it won't fit in any of my shoes, defeating the purpose of using it if you are outside and using your shoes more often than you're at home barefoot. The plus side to it being bulky is it is very comfortable to wear, especially if only using it while you're at home. There's a solid layer of fabric under your foot, so even though it doesn't cover the whole foot it still feels as though you're wearing something like a thick sock.

SUCKS FOR WIDE FEET. Most of the adjustment velcros were too weak so once i put any pressure on my foot with it on, it would pop off. it would stay secure on the toe but that was about it

We’ve taken up walking during the pandemic for exercise and to help with daily anxiety/stress. One day we got home and I noticed my toe was sore and turned purple and then a couple hours later it was fine. This pain came and went for a few weeks until it stabilized - consulting my doctor, Google MD I determined that it’s likely turf toe. It would really act up if I put my foot in a weird position while sitting around putting pressure on it. With Spring and nicer weather for walking returning I felt it was time for some type of stabilization to let my toe heal better when not walking around. It’s been a week and this brace has been amazing! It’s a little uncomfortable with the bar over the top of my foot - but that is to be expected. My foot has been feeling so much better while recovering from our walks. I wear them whenever I’m not wearing shoes since they will not fit and I haven’t had any swelling or major pain since. Hopefully this trend will continue.

Bought this from seller, and it arrived very quickly. I like how soft it is, and you can make it tighter or looser to adjust to your foot size and comfort level. I am only wearing this at night, and it is helping. Very nice quality materials, and again, adjusts to your foot size. Nothing protrudes or binds my foot, and find it very comfortable to wear.

The product, after five days of using the iron, came out

This product appears to be working, it does pull the big toe over, after a while it does make the toe ache but that is only to be expected as it is forcing it out of the position it has been in for many years. I wear them at night and manage to sleep OK in them and remove them in the morning. Shoes need to be designed so feet don't get this problem after all feet don't get narrower at the top they get broader. Modern shoes are a form of foot binding. Review written by Jane

I am really appreciative due to this product. I am suffering from turf toe. This product has the support I need in all the places starting from my toe and to the middle of my bottom foot, the outter side have a metal support for stability. The material has Velcro tightening both at the toe and lower and an extra velcro. This is for at home use only, you would not be able to walk in these with shoes on, only wide slippers.
