Well if you're like me, and already on a similar herbal remedy for OAB, then the transition period is nil. My timeline was on the very same day. Since both formulas use 'L-Arginine' in their recipes, I must conclude that this amino acid is the kicker in this supplement.

What about using Azo for incontinence due to MS?

DO NOT USE AZO. I had been using it for months when I discovered blood in the urine. When I went to the Dr, a Urologist, he told me to throw them out as they have many bad side effects. Hematutia,,headaches, abdominal pain, fever, bruising & bleeding , chills, high heartrate which can be very dangerous. So please do not take AZO. Just a warning so you don’t have to go through many tests to rule out cancer whichh can be a cause of bloody urine. Good luck.
