Liquid I.V. Hydration Electrolytes, Passion Fruit, 16 Count

I travel a lot and apparently as I hit my mid 40s I have become incredibly susceptible to dehydration. It put me in the hospital last year on a motorcycle ride in Arizona and almost again this year. When I'm on my trips, and even when I'm home sometimes (if I workout or just don't drink enough) I get wicked debilitating leg cramps. My hammies seize up, my calves as well and they even begin to twitch on their own. It's so bad that on flights I've had issues in cramped places (bathrooms) where I almost can't function. Alcohol makes it worse, and unfortunately, I'm a very social person with a very social job. It's been so bad lately though that I have had to limit myself to one or two drinks in an evening, which is not helpful to my work. I've also noticed that my heart rate goes through the roof when I'm having these episodes and I'm wondering how close to a serious heart issue I've come to at times. I felt like I was dying and my body was shutting down. My doctor is a bit useless on this and while I try to drink enough, it's often hard as I am never sure where my next bathroom will be. I tried this stuff and I haven't felt this good in years. I'm on a trip now half way around the world and I've been using the stuff for 4 days. No cramps, no insane unquenchable thirst each morning...I feel AMAZING! This isn't some BS review. I'm a real person and this product is a miracle to me. I wish I had found it 5 years ago when these symptoms began. I only take it once or twice a day depending on how depleted I feel and that's all it takes. Beyond that, you can actually feel the energy coming back to your body almost immediately. I also feel less itchy at night, which I didn't realize was another sign of dehydration. This stuff is freaking awesome. It's not the best tasting stuff in the world, but it's more than tolerable for a quick chug at the beginning and/or end of the day. These cramps where so painful and would strike at all times, whether sitting, walking, standing up or worst of all...sleeping, waking me in the middle of the night with agonizing pain in one leg that would often then move to the other leg as well. It was HORRIBLE. I would do commercials for these guys. I feel like this product saved me. FOR REAL!

I have tried a few products from gatorade, body armor, nuun, and so on to help in assisting my hydration since it is incredibly important that I stay hydrated and get enough electrolytes to not have flares with my conditions. While those products are okay, they never work quite as well or I have specific issues with them that leave things to be desirable compared to this product. Overall I have been buying these consistently for months after several medical complications that leave me dizzy and light headed without. I do not drink many other things besides this or plain water. PROS - It works noticeably better than other products with helping me manage my symptoms - It works FAST for me when I am feeling bad or my blood pressure tanks. I feel better within an hour or two of sipping on a bottle. - While it is very sweet, I actually like the flavor as opposed to just tolerating it - Very easy to put into a water bottle and mix it quickly - Doesn't have a weird texture or faux carbonation that makes it hard to drink - Easy to travel with if I have to go somewhere away from home for extended periods - For me the price is a little high but worth it after doing the math and comparing it to other options and their prices CONS - May be to sweet for some people (I have a sweet tooth) - I have only tried Passion Fruit, Strawberry and Grape. I found the Strawberry tastes like I am drinking strawberry nerds and it gave me a headache from how sweet it was, but Passion Fruit and Grape both were fine - It IS pricey to buy as a whole (vs buying a single drink at a store) and compared to the other options out there - Sometimes if you don't drink it immediately or the same day it can separate and the flavor will be off

I have been using Liquid IV for years. I like the taste and the individual packets make it easy for travel or taking on the go. I mainly use it on days I work out or are more active and days I work since I’m on my feet a lot. It helps keep me hydrated and gives me a boost of energy. The passion fruit is my favorite flavor.

I love this, the taste is great. What I don't like is that it is very expensive so I buy it when it's on sale but I didn't want to take a star off the product.

Good Flavor, But Not My Favorite in the Lineup I'd give Liquid I.V. Passion Fruit a solid 4 stars. The hydration performance is the same reliable, effective formula I've come to count on from Liquid I.V.—the electrolyte delivery and hydration difference compared to plain water is noticeably real, especially in hot weather and during active days. The passion fruit flavor is pleasant, tropical, and easy to drink without any harsh artificial aftertaste. That said, compared to my favorite flavors in the Liquid I.V. lineup it lands just a step behind in terms of overall taste satisfaction—good but not quite the one I reach for first when restocking. Still a solid, dependable hydration option worth having in the rotation, just not my top pick personally.

I got these because it seems like once I get dehydrated, that's it. No matter how much water I drink, electrolyte packets I put in it, how much coconut water I consume, or whatever else the internet or even my doctor suggests, it's just a lost cause - I'm going to feel like a dumpster for the rest of the day now. These Liquid IV packets are the ONLY thing that has ever helped salvage the day once it happens! They're fantastic! Of course prevention is a better method and I do my best, but we're all going to space out at times. These are wonderful to get me hydrated again in just a half hour or so. They taste kinda weird but I absolutely do not care about that at this point. The only thing I'll say against them is that I DO NOT suggest drinking one if you're not dehydrated. I felt like I was coming down with a cold and I drank one to see if it would help. It was terrible, gave me a headache right away and made my stomach feel even worse. They're clearly only meant for when you are honestly dehydrated as heck and need some major help, so don't use them in other situations. I've got some Emergen-C packs for when I'm sick like a less-dumb person now lol.

Good drink mix for hydration. Mixes well with water. Sized for a single standard bottle of water and tastes good. Hasnany elecyrolytes. High in sodium I think to maintain water in the body.

Taste was good and every time I drink it I feel better, probably also due to the vitamins. Also if I haven’t drank water all day this is a quick solution to feel hydrated again. Also an amazing drink after a workout

The cost of the shipping was high. The product was delivered in 2 weeks. The product is good , I had it before.
