Mine doesn't spin, he constantly faces the wall. We've spun the base and removed all objects, but still all i get is the back of the head. Any ideas?

Please turn off the power, let the base cool for 5 minutes, then turn the power back on, and float the skull again, it will spin.

Pretty much yes it does comma and what you but after you hit or miss a few times you'll get it it just how do I explain this it's basically the height not necessarily being centered but the height easier off the top of the magnet period to do what I'll show you keep practicing you will get it you'll get so good to the point where only takes you a couple of seconds to get it to balance and rotate ... well the video didn't go as planned but it gets easier after you practice.
