Depends on how much air you get in it, and how much you roll it up to get the inflation you desire. But it's large enough for two people to comfortably sit on it. So approximately 6 feet in length x 3 feet wide x 1 foot high.

can this be inflated with an electric air pump if one is indoors?

I use mine traveling and I like to use hair dryer (cold air setting). I have also used my cpap to blow it up.
