I've bought quite a few hot plates over the years and I have to admit this is one of the better ones. It heats up very quickly and I love the touch features. Definitely worth the money. PS... I've read all the reviews and I can't comprehend how anyone gives this one a negative review. It heats up better than any other hot plate I've ever used. A LOT HOTTER! It's lasted a lot longer than others I've used and it's attractive, something I normally don't care about. Ease of cleaning, after several months, it took a little windex and a high temp to burn the chemicals off I put on it, and it's like new again. I WILL buy again!

Had it for a couple of months already, unit heats up speed is ok, weird thing is fan pauses whenever I switch temperatures or mode, not sure why. Surface isn’t as easy to clean as I’d like to. The sole reason why I bought it is for its 1800W feature, so far it feels the same as my old 1600w one.Another weird thing is the display decides to show in watts or temperature from time to time I can’t seem to understand the pattern.We will see how long it lasts.

Before using it for 1 year, the unit would no longer function. I kept getting E7 error.

I really like this cooktop! Especially like the fact that it is very powerful, making it possible to cook at high temps. However, rather perversely, it has been difficult to simmer gently. I’ve only been using it for several weeks, so still adjusting. It is easy to wipe off. Can’t yet attest to it's durability. Overall pleased with my purchase.

This glass/coil burner gets as hot as my old range, with better heat coverage than any countertop burner I have tried, including my induction burner. The induction heats and cools faster, but this electric burner has a wider radius and ends up much hotter. This is great for searing with any pan in my kitchen, and it is gentle with my glass (borosilicate) tea pot. I have had it for over a month with no issues with it whatsoever. I recommend it over all other electric, non-induction burners I have seen.

This device uses a two ring system, which is excellent and very hot when it works. Within the first 10 minutes of use the inner race quit working, making this an 1100 watt device only. Do not buy, it also is very lightweight and cheap. Good idea, poor quality.

This is one HOT plate. When I tell you it's powerful that's an understatement. I used to make a big pot of gumbo and it held up to the task. This was a great buy and great quality too. Stop looking and buy this one no regrets at all I promise you .

The item was delivered in wrong address and they (ups )sent me pictures of delivered address than i went there and asked my order item they were already opened box and threw all catalogs . I just got stove . I have no catalogs and warranty paper . So far product working fine and i like it.
