Worth the bad taste
The taste is terrible but is so worth it. No hot flashes and milder mood swings and less brain fog. I also take vitamin supplements with this.

Good for perimenopause
I really believe that this product has helped my hormone levels to be stable. I do not feel hot flashes and no longer get night sweats. I tried many products but this one works well for me. I am ok with the transition we must all face as we get older, but i just dont want to feel miserable. I ordered a subscription of this product.

but not great
small bottle, so it doesnt last very long. It says 15 servings, though It lasted a lot longer than that for me. After doing some research, I would suggest taking the pilI form over the liquid. with that being said this product did what I wanted; brought back my absent period! took it for about a week and a half ( missed a couple days due to forgetfullness) and started my period. also assists with hormonal acne. in a glass of water the taste isn't too awful, but not great
