Very powerful dryer. Dries my hair much faster than my old one and feels properly salon-grade. The airflow is strong without being ridiculously loud, and my hair does seem smoother with less frizz after use. It feels well built and balanced in the hand, not flimsy or cheap. Heat and speed settings are straightforward and the cool shot is actually cold. Overall, really happy with it and would recommend if you want a cost-effective, high-power dryer.

I bought this hairdryer years ago and I am buying it again. Here’s why: I moved in with my partner a few months ago and I left my dryer to my mother as we shared it when I was living with her. No other hairdryer has compared to this one. I have looked online but I can’t bring myself to buy another hairdryer without knowing if it will be as good. My mum and I have been blessed with long thick straight/wavy hair and it takes a fair bit of upkeep to style. We have up to the waist, thick hair that takes HOURS to dry naturally or by any flimsy dryer. Since moving I miss it very much as my partner has 2 simple hairdryers which suit his short thin hair but not mine. I simply cannot suffer the pain anymore of trying to use my partners hairdryer and can’t wait to get this one so soon. Seriously, with this dryer can take my hair from soaking wet to perfectly sleek in about 20/30 minutes (it takes me 45/60minutes if I use my partners hairdryer). The power of this hairdryer is very malleable and you can control it however you need. The max power and heat is quite strong and useful for my hair to dry quickly and to style it. Even the cord length is great, which I didn’t even consider thinking about it before was made abundantly clear when I was using my partner’s dryer. The chord is strong and has ample length. The feel of the hairdryer is high quality and durable (again it has been many years that I have use it). There has been no chipping, scratching or breakage of any kind and we have treated this hairdryer with not much consideration. By this I mean it been dinged and banged and it holds up to it’s quality. In essence, this is a salon-like quality hairdryer and I cannot recommend it enough.

I ordered this again. Exact same one as I have had for 6 years. Excellent hairdryer. Fry’s hair quickly. 3 Different power settings And heat settings. Easy to use. Last one lasted well considering 3 of us use it daily. Recommended by me. And £26 cheaper on Amazon compared to Argos !

This hair Dryer is indeed a powerful tool, and it gets the job done quickly! I love how effective it is at drying my hair, but I should mention that it is quite loud, so be prepared for that. Additionally, this hair dryer is on the heavier side, which can feel like a workout for your arms, especially if you have long hair. Luckily, (or sadly) I have fine hair, so it only takes minutes to dry, making it manageable despite its weight. Even though it is heavy and loud, it offers excellent value for the performance it delivers. Overall, if you’re looking for a dryer that gets the job done efficiently and doesn’t cost the world, I would recommend this one!

Great hairdryer. Good value for money. No issues at all.

My GHD hair dryer I had for 10 years suddenly broke and needed a cheaper alternative this time round. It looks almost like a GHD hair dryer! It is much more powerful than my old hair dryer, I have thick hair so 2400W is a must. It is very loud on the high setting, but if that does not bother you than it’s a great cheaper alternative to a GHD.

Powerful and great value

This really drys my hair quickly and frizz free my hair looks so smooth - its brilliant. Easily cuts my time down by half. It is noisy and heavier than my old one - however, the quick drying time makes it not a problem for me ( even with my arthritis in hands and wrists). If you need a light weight then this is not for you. I love it and as the weight and noise does not bother me I give it a 5 star
