how do you clean this?

I just cleaned mine for the first time last week (8/7/2019) gently using a medium brush while dipping the filter in a bowl of water. It came clean enough to restore flow in the house. Very satisfied.

Is the 50 micron and the 100 micron interchangeable? Van it be used with the 100 housing unit?
