great product
light weight, easy to use, good volume for a 30 x 60 room size. Three weeks into using it, the wireless mic failed to work for unknown reason. Found Linda's instructions to pair the mic again. Neither the on-line instructions or the paper instructions in the box worked.

Do not buy
Bought one and the microphone stopped working after the first use so I exchanged it for another thinking I just got a dud. Bluetooth worked fine on both, but the microphone still would not turn on with new batteries. I returned it in November and still have not received my refund and I have no way to contact the seller. I am very upset with this experience. All I want is my money back since I have done what I am supposed to on my end.

Good system and a good price.
Purchased the system for use in a meeting room. It works as described. It has really helped us conduct business in our meetings. You should experiment with different speaker placements for best performance. Its portability is a big plus. When we move the meetings to our dining room, we can easily move this system.

Short time user
The mic battery runs down quickly as does the speaker battery. It must be charged between 1 hour uses. I find it relatively easy to work with, but some of the others in the group have struggled with it. The voice announcements (warnings) from the speaker are somewhat disconcerting. The box speaks to you (over and over and over) when the battery is low and the system hasn't been shut down properly.

sound is great, little effort is needed to make it work, great for my seniors!

It doesn't work.
It is diffcult to understand the (unncessarily complicated) instructions to pair the microphone with the speaker. It worked the first time but never again, even after changing batteries in the microphone. The only thing worse than receiving a product that doesn't work is having to pay the cost of returning it. Shame on the seller and shame on Amazon for allowing this.
