Solid plastic, functional.
Good plastic item, its solid and good quality, does not have any odour or other plastic related issues. BPA free so no carcinogenic toxins leeching into your water. The cap is a bit funny but you will get used to it. Value and Quality for money.

Lids are hard to close, otherwise good product.
It's a good quality product but the lids are hard to close and the engraving is hard to read to understand front and back side of the lid. This surely causes confusion and doesn't get into routine even after long use.

Very tight cap
Product is good except the painful fact that the cap is badly designed. It fits very tightly if inserted fully inside. The flip mechanism for pouring and closing is almost a flop due to tighteness of the cap.

Very useful water dispensers.
Very nice and practical water dispensers. But later after using it for few days, the upper lid becomes tooo tight to operate, while closing you need to press very hard applying pressure. It's the only complaint I would like to bring to manufacturer notice. But it's completely air tight even you make it upside down, water won't leak. But only complaint is the lid becomes tooo tight after usage for few days.
