Well rated and seems safe. I like the curved nature around the head. Not as large as some other options that we looked into which was a plus. Fits in the middle seat of our Mazda cx-5 which is great because my husband and I are tall and felt squished when it was behind the passenger seat. We upgraded from a Chico key fit 30 and like that the straps and clips are the same. Always pulls out evenly when adjusting the straps. It’s easy to install (meter on side says if you’ve got it in correctly). Zip off function has come in handy when my son has had a blow out, spilled milk, etc. It’s so easy to clean and reassemble. I let it air dry overnight and it’s ready to go the next day. Also, my son is in the 94% for height at 19 months and this feet are just touching the seat. We love it.

I waited a year to write this review so I can really recommend this product and let me just tell you, I LOVE THIS CAR SEAT! When comparison shopping for a car seat my biggest issue with almost all other seats I looked into was size when used rear facing. I drive a Nissan Versa note (very small and compact) so having a car seat that I could use rear facing for as long as possible was the most important factor. This car seat, even when reclined all the way, still allows me to fit in my drivers seat. The only space issue is the width of the seat. If I install it in the center seat then there is almost no room on either side for another adult. When installed on either side it leaves enough room for one person to comfortably sit. It’s perfect for us because we are a family of three but definitely something to consider. The absolute game changer has been how comfortable this car seat has been for my child. I live in a city with heavy traffic and I also travel to a neighboring city which is two and a half hours away regularly and my daughter has not once had a meltdown in her car seat. Yes you read that right, in one year of use NOT ONE meltdown. She just turned two and is in the 70th percentile for height but still can comfortably ride rear facing. All in all this is a great car seat and I cannot believe I waited so long to buy it. The only regret I have is not going with the zipper version for easier washing but tbh it doesn’t make it or break it for me.

I love this car seat. It is super easy to install with the supercinch system. It takes less than 5 minutes to get an excellent and safe installation. The seat itself seems really comfortable and most importantly really sturdy. I like the high sides and the protection they seem to offer. Despite the high sides and having a small vehicle, I have had no issues getting an almost 2 year old in rear facing. The zip cover makes it really easy to clean, which is really nice. This seat is really well made and feels to be of very high quality. I feel that it is much sturdier than graco seats but easier to use and clean than Britax seats. It is easy to loosen, tighten, and to get a good fit. The headrest is easily adjustable for proper harness height which is a lifesaver if you ever need to use it for another child. It reclines very easily as well. Overall this seat is very safe and very easy to use. It appears comfortable and would be a great seat for anyone who wants convenience, safety, and comfort.

I have bought 4 chicco next fits and have loved every single one of them! They are very safe, some colors are less toxic than other brands. Most importantly, my daughter's next fit saved her life and her 3rd birthday party. My minivan was hit head on and down the side by an SUV sliding on ice. The accident was bad, destroyed the van to the point where the glove box was gone and none of the passenger doors on that side ever opened again. I am in PT still from it with injuries. My daughter was rear facing in her next fit, on the side that was hit. She walked away after brushing some window glass off herself. No bruises, no whiplash. She gave the officer a high five and giggled with the paramedics. Sounds made up, this was the day before her 3rd birthday and she celebrated at home with us happily instead of in a hosp or in pain. I love this brand, love these seats! They are wider so putting 3 in a row is impossible, but the side impact protection is 100% legit and worth it. Zip off covering is fantastic for when I transport my preschool kids. Easy adjusting ensures every kid I transport it buckled safely, correctly and quickly.

This chair is a sturdy car seat I purchased for my toddler who was getting to big for his infant car seat. I use the LATCH system, so it's super quick to install into the car. My son is obviously happier in his new seat and more comfortable. I got it mostly because we go on long drives and he seems to just hang out now where before he was about to do a cannonball into a pool. Kids grow fast, but this thing is bigger than normal so that's good. I have it behind my passenger seat and it takes up a good amount of room where I had to push the front seat forward. That's not a problem for me because I don't have a passenger ever. My wife goes in the back with the baby when I drive or I do, so the seat moving up bothers nobody in our house. Great seat. Expensive, but my baby is worth it. This seat seems to be worth it too.

We got this to replace the Chicco keyfit we had for our daughter. She now happily rides in the back, is able to see out the windows while rear-facing and seems quite comfortable. This is way too adjust for the height and size of the kid. It's also a freaking tank. The sides are high so it can be a pain to get the kid in and out (especially when she throws a fit because we are getting in the car instead of playing). Installation is fairly simple, easier than Graco 4-ever. The seat seems better made and more comfortable. My parents have the Graco and it doesn't seem as serious or study. The tilt on this one is better than the Graco and the safety ratings by Consumer Reports put this as the highest or second highest safety rating. It's like, 82. The Graco is lower.

We have tried few car seats before this one. Maxi-cosi, Joie, and others. They were very heavy and very hard to use. Comparing to this one, First of all, Chicco price is reasonable. It’s by far, the easiest one to use and one of the safest most practical carseats we have ever used or seen. The design is beautiful and it literally took us 3-mins to fix on thr carseat. The ISO-Fix belt is genius. The car seat is somewhat lighter than other brands especially those for-every-stage carseats as they can also be very tricky to use.

La silla se ve muy cómoda para mi bebé, además de que es muy fácil montarla en el auto. Eso si es bastante voluminosa en un auto pequeño cabe a duras penas pero no servirá si El Niño ya va hacia el frente, en una SUV sin problema cabe.

Una maravilla, súper cómoda, excelente calidad, segura, mi bebé puede dormir cómodamente por las múltiples posiciones que tiene, súper recomendada.

Still not sure how I feel about it. Because the sides are high, it’s very difficult to get baby in and out of it, maybe when it’s facing forward it will be better. For a baby less than 2 years old, I recommend sticking to the removable car seat which has a base that stays in the car. Much easier. The quality is good and it’s very cushioned so it’s probably comfortable.

Good car seat. A bit big but just nice for my Honda Freed 2020 model.
