Deceptive description/size.
Not bad quality, especially for the price, but size is not correct. Dimensions shown in the drawing of the closed bag are the overall dimensions of the bag when open. No way this thing holds 38L. Another issue is that the oval shape instead of round makes it difficult to fill/stuff.
