How much does the ladle ladle? 1/2 C?

The ladle holds 5 fluid ounces, which is a little less than 2/3 of a cup.

is the ladle sturdy? I have a ladle that bends horribly when ladlin pieces of meat or viggies in soups. Is the stainless steel Calphalonn better?

Hello,I replaced my stainless steel ladles with this one so that I would not chip-off some of the anodized aluminum on some earlier pots, when I scraped the pan or pot. These have never bent or been inferior to the stainless. With the advantage they do not harm the surface of the pot/pan.

Is the Twin a 2-pack of the same laddle?

No, when I purchased it, I only got one. I think the size of the ladle is "twin". Not sure what that means.

What temperature is this rated for?

Have used with boiling water so would say 210 degrees
