Routine Wellness Shampoo & Conditioner Set - Citrus & Grapefruit Blossom

My hair falls out in handfuls due to a medical condition. It's been this way for years and I've tried everything - and I do mean everything. In the past, I used another DHT blocking shampoo, Shapiro MD, and wrote a review about how helpful it was (and in that review I included a photo of all the other products I've tried). It was effective at decreasing hair fall, but it left my hair looking terrible and I hate the fragrance so I stopped buying it. Since then, I've been alternating between Moroccan Oil (I'm the only person on the planet that hates the fragrance) and Divi (and I love the minty fragrance). Both of those leave my hair looking better than most other products, but I still struggle with excessive hair loss and dry, frizzy strands. I purchased the Routine Wellness Shampoo, Conditioner and Hair Serum (Coconut and Vanilla fragrance) as a Prime day special. As of today, I've used it 3 times so I obviously can't speak to any hair growth. BUT, i can tell you that I'm extremely optimistic based on first impressions. - Hair fall has DRASTICALLY decreased. I would guess that hair fall decreased by 1/3 with each washing and today, it was just several strands, not clumps. I really wish I would have taken a pic of the hair I pulled out of the drain after my first was compared to today, but I didn't have that much faith in the product. If you decide to try this product do yourself a favor and gather up all those little circles of hair you stick to the sides of the shower and take a pic after your first use and track it over the first couple of days/weeks. It's honestly stunning how fast it decreased the hair fall. - Hair Quality is amazing. After shampooing, my hair feels pretty dry but the conditioner is incredible. I'd buy the conditioner alone if I weren't so concerned with hair loss. It immediately softens my hair - I could comb through it in the shower after using this conditioner. My frizziness is greatly improved and my hair looks shiny - something I haven't experienced without product in decades. I've been able to leave the house without drying or straightening my hair after every single use - just a tiny touch of oil to tame the remaining frizz and out the door. It's really great and leaves my hair super soft. I'm very impressed. - Scent - I've seen mixed reviews on the fragrance. I don't adore it, but it's not horrible either. The Coconut Vanilla probably wouldn't have been my first choice but I wanted the set with the hair oil, so that's what I got. I'd love to try another fragrance or three and probably will as time goes on. The scent isn't bad by any stretch, I'm just super picky about fragrances. I think I'll try the minty one next. - Lather - Some reviewers have commented on the lather or lack thereof. I don't find that problematic. It lathers up just fine for me but if you're looking for something that foams up like crazy and leaves a huge pile of suds on your head this might not be for you. I followed the instructions, massaged for a minute and then let it sit on my head while I washed my face, then rinsed and conditioned. - Overall I'm super optimistic about this product and can't wait to see if any growth results. I'll be happy if it just keeps the hair loss at bay, but if it actually helps grow hair I'll be a lifelong convert and will make a altar in the shower to keep my bottles on.

Okay this one definitely deserves a great review!! SO I take zepbound injection every week and been worried about loosing a lot of hair. I’ve been using this shampoo and conditioner set for several weeks now, and it honestly surprised me more than I expected. I originally bought it because my hair had been feeling thinner around the front and crown area from stress, heat styling, and postpartum shedding. My hair also tangles easily and gets oily at the roots while staying dry on the ends, so finding products that balance everything without making my hair worse has always been difficult. The first thing I noticed was the scent. The Rose Hips fragrance smells clean, fresh, and lightly floral without being overpowering. It gives that “just left the salon” smell but still feels soft and natural. The scent stays in my hair for most of the day, and I’ve actually gotten compliments on how good my hair smells after using it. The shampoo itself lathers really nicely for being sulfate-free. A lot of sulfate-free shampoos either don’t foam enough or leave my hair feeling greasy afterward, but this one made my scalp feel genuinely clean without stripping all the moisture out of my hair. After rinsing, my hair didn’t have that dry, squeaky feeling that some anti-thinning shampoos leave behind. My scalp also felt refreshed, and I noticed less itchiness and buildup after about a week of use. The conditioner was probably my favorite part of the set. It’s rich and creamy, but a little goes a long way. I focused it mostly on my mids and ends, and it instantly made my hair easier to detangle. Before using this set, I would lose a noticeable amount of hair every time I brushed or washed it. After a few weeks, I started noticing less hair coming out in the shower and less breakage while brushing. That alone made me keep using it consistently. What really stood out to me was how much healthier my hair looked overall. My hair started feeling softer, shinier, and fuller at the roots. Usually my hair falls flat the day after washing, but with this set it kept more volume and bounce without needing a bunch of styling products. Even my ponytail felt a little thicker over time. It didn’t magically regrow hair overnight, but it definitely improved the appearance and strength of my hair, which made a huge difference in my confidence. I also appreciate that the formula includes ingredients like biotin, caffeine, saw palmetto, niacinamide, argan oil, and black seed oil. My hair tends to react badly to harsh products, but this felt gentle enough for regular use while still making my hair feel nourished. It also worked well on my color-treated hair and didn’t fade my color faster like some shampoos do. One thing I will say is that if you have very fine or oily hair, using too much conditioner can weigh your hair down a little. I learned pretty quickly that I only needed a small amount. Also, results definitely take consistency. I didn’t notice major changes after one wash, but around the 3–4 week mark I could really tell my hair looked healthier and shedding had improved. Overall, I genuinely feel like this shampoo and conditioner helped bring my hair back to life. My hair feels stronger, softer, and easier to manage, and it gives me that fuller, healthier look I was hoping for. Out of all the anti-thinning products I’ve tried, this is one of the few that actually made my hair feel cared for instead of dry and damaged.

I've only used this shampoo for a little over a week, but I've already noticed significantly less hair coming out when I run my hand through my hair. I am taking a hair, skin, & nails supplement so I'm not sure how much that factors in, but I hadn't noticed less hair loss until I started using this product. The only reasons I gave 4 stars instead of 5-- The bottles are very small for the price. I'm also not 100% sure how I feel about the scent. I got the rose hips one, and it doesn't smell BAD necessarily? But I feel like it has a kind of faint crayon-like scent under the rose smell. I'm not sure how else to describe it. Overall I am happy with the product and will continue to use it, and will buy more if it continues working.

So far, I’m happy with it. First set purchased beginning of March, I’m on my second order For me a set lasted over 4 months, so for cost is not bad. For my hair, the thinning and the overall condition of my hair has improved. 6 months in, I find I do have new hair growth p, my hair does not appear as thin, my scalp is not as visible. My hair here in south Louisiana humidity would frizz constantly so I find my hair has a much softer feel, seems to feel clean, longer, has more body and not feel flat, more manageable. I’m happy with what I’m seeing. It’s not overnight but would say give it at least 4months. On my last hair cut my hair dresser said she actually could feel my hair was softer and could tell a difference. Get off of those cheap, store bought shampoos that are junk, and go for the better ingredients.

Update: after using this for a few days, I started to get an irritated and itchy scalp. I have to stop using and may try it again in another week just to make sure it’s the product and not something else. Disappointed as I wanted it to work! I just received this and have only used it a few days but the initial reaction is that this is a great product! I am shedding a lot more than I use to and feel that I am thinning out in spots. We shall see if this helps. I ordered the Rose scent and although I was expecting more of a scent, it definitively isn't strong to me. It leaves my hair soft and shiny. I may try out the other products in this line and if all goes well, will be ordering more in about a month!

I've used this now for about 3 months. But I mix it with a joico Defy line, because it made my hair feel brittle and dry. I also mix it because of the 4 scents I tried, not 1 smelled good. It's more like a chemical flower smell. It did help with breakage and the shampoo leathers up thick. The conditioner is not anything I'll buy again. I will buy the shampoo and continue mixing it with better smelling, higher end products. Only because I did notice less breakage in my highlighted, medium length blonde hair. 54 years old and total thyroidectomy and lupus female. Just to help with reference on this product.

My holy grail in shampoo/conditioner ! My hair no longer feels thin from other products weigh down....its shiney and so much body....no hairloss washing... Awesome lite scent. Wow....the best and my total favorite....tossed out or gave away ALL my other brands. Hair feels/looks soooo healthy !!!!

Love the smell .so far it works great. Only used it twice but already hair is shiny,and doesn't get oily as fast as it used to. Also noticed fewer hairs in the brush.

Nice Shampoo and conditioner but I sure did not get the results the product advertisers said would happen! Did not make a difference in my hair. Lot of money for something that works like an ordinary shampoo!

Okay, so I was skeptical because I know that my fine hair is DNA and that's that. Nothing will give us fine-haired ladies thick hair. Also, add ageing to the mix and the hair loss that inevitably comes with it and you have a double whammy of aggravation! But having said that, I'll try any product at least once, because it may deliver in other ways. I've been using Routine Wellness for about 2 months now. I have to say that my hair is softer and feels bouncier. It just feels really, really good. Is it thicker? I don't think so, but I'm not even halfway through the bottles yet (you don't need a lot, a dime size at most per shampoo). But I think it deserves more time - at least I should make it through the bottles first. Perhaps it's an "over time" thing, and I'll see some better fullness in my hair. Time will tell. So I'm going to stick with this product and see where it goes. But as of now, I'm glad I tried it. BTW: I ordered the orange blossom and jasmine fragrance and it's really lovely. I'll try a different fragrance next time just to mix things up a bit. Bottom Line: I can say right now that I'm very pleased with what I'm experiencing so far. It's expensive, yes, but I feel this is a quality product worth the $$.
