What is the shelf life

Kept in a dry place, well sealed, my large tub was absolutely fine for around 6 months. I didn't notice any deterioration in either taste or texture. HTH.

Flavour enhancers E621, E635, salt, sugar, spices, yeast extract, soybean protein

Is this product vegetarian? I’m worried what the ‘flavour’ might be in the ingredients.

Sorry, have decanted into other containers so not sure of ingredients. Have stopped using it as it is overpoweringly salty. Totale mushroom bouillon however is much better in my opinion, good flavour in small quantities. Sorry I can’t answer your question.

Is this product gluten free?

There’s no mention of gluten on the tin. My children are both coeliac and have had no adverse reaction so far. My only concern would be the yeast extract.
