Is anyone else experiencing the bottom of can being more stringy and harder to work with?

Add a few drops of water to the can, close it, then shake it and let it sit overnight. Check consistency next day and add more drops if needed.

How is the shine on this?

There's some shine, in certain lights and from certain angles, but not a whole lot. If shine is what you're after, there are much better options out there.

Will this yellow grey wiskers?

I have not used it on a mustache or beard, I use it in my hair. My hair is black so I'm not sure I'd there is any odd color left behind. I'm sorry I couldn't be of any help but I would recommend finding a beard and mustache wax. Hope this helps a little.
