This product targets a very specific niche. You need both the purchasing power to justify a $70 case and the willingness to accept limited drop protection — typically because you’re covered by AppleCare and not overly concerned about worst-case damage. From an engineering standpoint, it’s a very compelling piece. The CNC machining is precise, with excellent tolerances, resulting in a clean, refined finish. If you appreciate manufacturing quality, it’s genuinely impressive. The use of grade 5 aluminum is legitimate, although in practice, unless you’re familiar with materials, you won’t necessarily perceive a significant difference. What you will notice, however, is that it closely matches the feel of your phone’s aluminum, which is a nice touch. As expected from the product description, the fit is perfect, and installation is straightforward. Yes, it’s objectively overpriced in a general sense — but within its category, the pricing is fair. You’re paying for machining quality, materials, and a premium aesthetic, and those elements are delivered properly. Personally, I like bumper-style cases, and since I have AppleCare, I’m not concerned about potential damage. That puts me squarely in the target audience.

Not as good as previous models. I have purchased the Arc Pulse for my previous iPhone, and it was durable, looked aesthetically appealing, and it protected my phone. It is in-fact securely still attached to that phone after years of service. When purchased this model for my current phone (only a few weeks ago), I was obviously expecting it to perform (at least reasonably) the same. When I unpackaged the top and bottom, I noticed that the bottom portion lacked the bit of “adhesive” that the previous model for the 14 pro-max had. I suspect this is what made the difference in the fit, because almost two days into the current model being installed on my 17 Pro Max, it was slipping off. I installed it again (wiping down my phone and making sure it was secure and snug), however the bottom managed to work its way loose several more times from what I assume is everyday handling. Anyhow, I’m now currently holding a phone with half of my arc installed. The bottom is somewhere in an uber in CDMX, and I discovered it was missing when needing to call another Uber almost 10 minutes later. So, needless to say the quality may not be as good as in previous models. Purchase, if you plan to have 1/2 the protection at full price.

I was very skeptical of this, but I’m very happy I bought it. I didn’t want an all-over case because I wanted to feel and see more of the phone so I was looking for something just to cover the corners and raise the phone on the front and back to prevent laying flat and scratching. It really does fit snug and feels very high quality. It was very easy to install. I expect this will get scratched up a bit over time, but that’s the point. Compared to traditional, high-quality cases, this fits in the price range. The only thing I’ll mention that I notice is getting it in and out of your pocket. Because of the edges you’ll have to get used to it not sliding in and out like a traditional case. I wouldn’t think these would come off, but I guess if you were to rip the phone out of the pocket it might snag and loosen.

As a road warrior constantly traveling for business, I like to keep things as minimalist as possible, and the Arc Pulse for my iPhone 17 Pro Max strikes the perfect balance. It gives just the right amount of protection without turning the phone into a bulky brick in my pocket. I’ve been using the Arc Pulse since the iPhone 15 generation, and it has never disappointed. One of the biggest advantages is that it lets you actually see and appreciate the design of the phone instead of completely covering it up like most traditional cases. It’s clean, functional, premium, and built for people who want protection without sacrificing the look and feel of the device they paid for.

Easy install, and you get what is promised, very minimalistic in coverage yet main 4-corner protection. This “case” is not for everyone, but for those that don’t want a full case, but still worry about the occasional drop, this might be the best of both worlds for that user. I was expecting a more exact fit though, but the top piece opening is larger than the iPhone Pro Max plateau so there is a small crevice on the bottom part that can allow tiny crumbs and dust to fit in.

I really like the Arc Pulse case for its minimal design. It gives you that true “bare phone” feel, like you’re not even using a case, which is exactly what I was looking for. Despite how lightweight and open it is, it still protects the areas that matter most—the four corners, along with raised protection for the front and back of the phone. The only downside for me was the shipping. It took longer than expected to arrive, and the return/refund process was also slower than usual. Overall, it’s a great option if you want protection without sacrificing the natural feel of your phone, but just be prepared for possible delays with shipping and refunds.

Very high quality material and the fit is very snug to the phone without adding any unnecessary bulk. (Shout out to Dbrand for the sick phone skin)

BUYER BEWARE The bottom half of the case came off within the first 72 hours I bought it! When others are saying the adhesive is bad BELIEVE THEM UNLIKE MY STUPID SELF. To be $129 this is ridiculous. I’d ask for my money back but I only have half a case. Almost want to tell my bank I was scammed. Ridiculous. 1 star bc it’s cute but it was only cute for SEVENTY TWO HOURS. What a nice 72 hours I had.

I wish I had discovered this product sooner. The polished graphite finish combined with the aerospace-grade aluminum gives the iPhone 17 Pro Max an incredibly prestigious and commanding look. It complements my orange iPhone beautifully, creating a stunning and unique contrast that looks absolutely phenomenal. The build quality is top-tier, and the design is brilliant. Truly a masterpiece that deserves well over five stars!

Also. War ja ein bisschen skeptisch was den halt das Gewicht und das handling betrifft. Aber es ist wie ich gehofft hatte. Hält super wiegt so gut wie nichts und sieht klasse aus. Zudem verschandelt es das Telefon nicht. Sieht echt klasse aus und man hat den Blick aufs iPhone. Trotzdem ist es super geschützt. Bei mir ist es immer ein wenig darauf begründet das ich mir wegen der Temperatur Sorgen mache. Bei den meisten Hüllen wird darauf kein Wert gelegt. Gerade beim Laden wird es doch gerne sehr warm. So richtig aber wenn man es nebenbei nutzt. Hier ist die Wärmeableitung gesichert. Nichts hält die Hitze am Handy. Würde es sofort wieder kaufen. Nutze es jetzt seit knapp einer Woche! Bin nach wie vor total begeistert von dem „Case“. Lediglich das MagSafe Laden mit Akku ist ein bisschen eingeschränkt. Bei der MagSafe Powerbank die ich nutze kann ich sie nicht hochkant nutzen. Quer geht es. Kommt aber vielleicht auch auf die Powerbank an. Aber (zumindest für mich) kein Grund die Hülle nicht zu nutzen oder zu kaufen. Die Vorteile sind definitiv größer als die Nachteile.
