Awapuhi Wild Ginger by Paul Mitchell Styling Treatment Oil, Dry-Touch, Leave-In Formula, For All Hair Types

The awapuhi wild ginger hair products of Paul Mitchell are so great! I use them all and love everyone of them. They truly keep your hair in a great balance. I color my hair and they’re especially gentle and restorative.

My hair is wavy/curly (long curls) and was damaged because of highlights. So I was having problems with frizz, very dry ends and curls with no shape. I bought 3 products that definitely changed this scenario: Pantene Pro-V Silky Moisture Whip, Paul Mitchell Awapuhi Wild Ginger Styling Treatment Oil and It's a 10 miracle leave -in Plus Keratin. So, my hair now is just amazing: healthy, shiny and beautifully wavy. But I cant say which product is the best, since I started using them together. This is what I do: I shampoo and condition my hair. I use Its a 10 miracle Leave in and comb it. When its not so wet, I use Pantene Pro-V Silky Moisture and just use my fingers to distribute the product -- I dont use a comb like it suggests. When its drying but still damp I use Paul Mitchell Awapuhi Wild Ginger Styling Treatment Oil (which is SO amazing --- Best oil I have ever used. It smells great; It doesnt make my hair oily and it hydrates it a lot making it shiny.) My waves are more defined because of Pantene Pro-V silky --- it has a good hold, but doesnt make hair look like it has gel or any product on. Its really amazing. I have used Paul Mitchell Awapuhi Wild Ginger Hydrocream Whip, which is also awesome, but its more expensive.

I really like using this so far. It helps give my hair shine and cuts down on my frizz. It is not greasy in my hair, which I tend to run greasy as it is. It smells really good and it doesn't leave a sticky residue on your hands after using it. It was easy to use and I think it is worth it. Would buy again.

I bought this because my stylist uses it on me. I was determined to get my hair back to the way it looked when I left the salon. This product works like a breeze. Makes my hair feel like teenager silky smooth using my flat iron. Will be a loyal customer to this product. Worth every penny.

Lightweight, not greasy, pleasant fragrance.

This stuff is awesome. It smells sooo good. But more importantly it works. Smooth my hair and a little goes a long way.

This is a solidly good product, I love the fragrance and it is light and adds just enough control and shine. I tend to be no fuss so I like to use only one product at a time in my hair, but I usually have to combine this with something else to finish off a style. I can use this on my hair when it is wet and let it air dry for good curls (but have to finish with a pommade or something a little heavier for control), or I can use it when dry and pulling back my hair to smooth it out without weighing it down or making it crunchy.

Okay, so I first used this product as part of a ginger kit it came in that I got as a gift from my hair stylist. I have long, thick, wavy but very poofy and frizzy coarse hair. I have used other salon oils and they were always super expensive and left my hair oily or made my blowout not last as long because my hair got oily faster. Not this one. But, it was pricey, so instead of re-purchasing it, I went to the drug store and tried to buy a cheaper oil as a replacement. HUGE MISTAKE. This oil is far superior to ANYTHING you can buy in the drug store. Why? Because it reduces drying time and frizz better than any other product I have used without weighing my hair down or making it look greasy. It makes such a dramatic difference when trying to achieve a salon comparable blow-out at home yourself. I would recommend this product to anyone regardless of hair type. The only recommendation I would make is to place it on your ends first as they tell you to and then use the residue left on your hands for the top of your hair. Best oil I have EVER used.

the very best styling gel I have ever used and I will continue to do so. I have been using Paul Mitchell products for a long time and have been pleased but this is the ultimate perfect for my hair.

giusto perchè di meno non si può. mi è arrivato il pacco nei tempi previsti ..apro la confezione ..l'olio dei barattoli è uscito fuori .... i contenitori sono neri quindi non si vede nulla mi hanno rifiutato il reso perché il danno non è dimostrabile ma come gli dimostro che l'olio e uscito ...... SCONSIGLIATISSIMO
