We use this for our outdoor string lights on our deck and works really well. The remote to turn on/off is great, hanging on a keychain right inside the door, so it makes it easy for on/off during the night. Easy installation and although it's waterproof, we do keep the outside adapter in a plastic bag to keep the water/elements away. Great product!

Easy to install it works perfectly! I have it hooked up to a fountain. The remote control makes it so easy. I can turn it on and off from inside the house when I’m by a window.

Works perfectly except its settings (dawn-to-dusk, dusk + 2 hrs, etc) are electronic (push-button) instead of mechanical (which is mostly necessary for it to be able to be used with a remote). Consequently though, if it is downstream of a separate clock-based timer that cuts power at a certain hour (this device can only go off relative to sunset, which time varies over the course of a year for most non-equatorial latitudes) then when power is restored the next day the unit defaults to being off, and not coming on again at dusk. Other photocell timers with physical dials do not have this shortfall (but likely do not come with a remote). For most folk, having the remote is likely worth the trade-off.

I recently started using this multi outlet remote control timer by Fosmon. It came at the perfect time, as we recently got a new reptile that lives in a terrarium and needs a certain amount of UVB lighting each day. I was able to plug the UVB light into this and I can set it to run 2,4,6 or 8 hours. If I want to turn it off or on during this time, it comes with a small remote control that reaches from all over the house. It’s super convenient! I also can’t wait to use this outside for my Christmas decorations!! It is weatherproof and has a dusk to dawn option also where it turns itself on and off based on the time of day!

Great product. Held up without any issue for almost 2 years. But when I did run into an issue (may have been user error) the sellers couldn't have been more awesome. Good folks!

I have had this now since late spring/early summer 2024 and I live in a Canadian climate. I can honestly say this is a great product. First, it holds up to weather. I have not had any issues at all in terms of cold or rain (it's now December) I used this every single day during the late spring all the way into late fall for our outdoor lights and fan in our outdoor living room and now out the front for our Christmas lights. The remote works through a brick wall which is amazing. I don't have to step outside to turn it on or off. This has a few settings, just plain on and off, it also has from dusk until dawn which, in my opinion could be a little more light sensitive and also hour options. The hour options are what I use the most, especially for the Christmas lights out front. The absolute best part of this is that it has an internal clock so I set my lights to go on at a certain time by pressing "on" then the "8 hr" button and they turn on and off each day at the same time, without me having to turn them on again each day and hit the 8 hrs again. This is a great product and after the use it's given without a hitch, I highly recommend it. Also priced very well.

Worked great throughout our Canadian winter last year. Sadly it died after about a year. But The company sent me another one as replacement with great speed and a marvelous customer service! 4 star overall (1 remove for durability) would've add 2 more star for customer service
