What can I say—this product has exceeded my expectations in every way. It is extremely well made, with outstanding quality in both the materials and the overall construction. It will be absolutely perfect for my two chihuahuas during car journeys and even ferry crossings, giving them a safe, comfortable space that I feel completely confident using. I previously owned a Ferndale version, but this one is in a completely different league. The craftsmanship and stability are far superior, and you can tell a lot of thought has gone into the design. While the cushion could be a little thicker, it’s really not an issue at all since I add their own vet bedding, which works beautifully. The separate carry bag is an incredibly useful addition, making it easy to transport and store, and the whole setup is simple to assemble. Once put together, it feels very sturdy yet remains impressively lightweight. Overall, I’m genuinely thrilled with this purchase—highly recommended!

I wish they did smaller size as in the previous range! I got a few years ago 53CM, which was perfect - the largest size one could comfortably carry with the shoulder strap. The previous version came with shoulder strap on the carrier itself which was fantastic, desirable, essential - and differentiated it from all the rest! In this new range, the smallest is 66CM, which is great but FAR TOO BIG for easy portability. Please bring back the 53CM!!! Preferably with shoulder strap!!! Everyone asks where I got mine, and I have to tell them that amazon no longer sells them... Otherwise, this is by far the best pet carrier you can buy. I have ordered many different designs and did comparisons. My cat uses this pet carrier every day and night as a hammock, lying on top of carrier, especially in the summer to cool, but all year as a fave spot. Sometimes sleeps inside as den. The structure is extremely sturdy metal structure. Very easy to assemble/disassemble. Great sturdy but comfortable quality materials. Plenty doors. Streamlined design, hits all the spots. Except, they need to bring back the smaller 53CM size and shoulder straps on the carrier!!! This version does not come with hanging bags, which were not necessary. Does not have the "amazon basics" stitched in - which is an improvement! I unstitched and removed it from previous version! It comes with a good carrier bag which has a shoulder strap. It should be possible to use this shoulder strap on the carrier itself - if amazon attached sturdy hooks for this purpose on the carrier. The price is extremely competitive, friendly and attractive. This is the pet carrier to go for, though currently too big for portability for smaller animals.

These fabric crates are great for noise sensitive dogs. It's well made and good quality but if your dog is a chewer or easily destroys toys etc I don't recommend it, luckily mine isn't. It's easy to set up and easy to store away. It is nice and study but I knocked a star off as I think these crates should have a sturdier base so it won't sink/bow when carrying your dog in it, after all it is a carry crate and Amazon or anywhere don't sell the right size tray to buy separately.

This is great! I got the small size for my cat and it is huge. It could realistically fit two cats in it comfortably. I got it mostly for the top access to make it easier to get cat in for the vets. I've only had it a couple of days so letting the cats get used to it before encouraging them it. It just fits in my front car seat (medium sized car, remember to turn off front airbag). It's useful that the zip can be opened a little to let you comfort them without letting them out like a standard carrier. It comes with a useful carry case, but I plan to leave it up as an extra bed so they're comfortable with it. It feels solid. No issues with it collapsing with all the sides open. It's a similar price to standard smaller plastic cat carriers from the shops. Would recommended

Tried others first and foremost! Arrived boxed onv but when you open it you realise that you have got a decent quality. The bag comes with 2 carry handles and a shoulder strap but isn't heavy yet the bag is substantial and quality. The create comes with a solid base and a cushion which can be flipped or removed and 1 side is wipe able and the other is plush fur. To put this up which is impressive you lift 1 of the hinged sides then the other and all you do is fold around a top bracing pole at each end and it locks in place and taught as its sprung loaded. The crate also has 2 cary handles a top opening a front opening and a long side opening, at each of these openings were the zip is closed there is a webbing strap and clip to secure the zip closed which is very well thought out and stops mischief from happening. All the corners of the creat are also heavily reinforced and it looks pure quality if you have enough countered any others you will fast realise that it's like putting up a late 80s tent, the ones that explode out the bag and you wrestle to put back and similarly you have to fit a load of poles to keep them upright. Total garbage idea for a dog. Anyway back to this 1, putting away is simple fold the 2 poles away and one side will fall down onto the base followed by the other then bag and your done. Very simple for travel. Very sturdy. Superb quality, an amazon tried and tested product which they would sell if it was junk as they wouldn't want the hassle. Trust me this is the 1 to buy and we'll worth its money as it is fit for purpose and functions superbly.

Great bed for a brilliant price, had a new one as the zip broke after about 5 years on my previous one, and it holds a bulldog male so good and sturdy, and great size, dog looks comfortable in it

These Amazon basic soft dog crates are excellent value for money. I ordered 3 large size for my dogs and I’m really impressed with the durable strong material that is water repellent, the waterproof vinyl flooring and the strong metal frame is far more sturdy than my last purchase of a soft dog crate that was double the price but only lasted 10 mths, the frame broke!!! Not needed to clean them yet but they look like they will be easy to wipe clean. Would recommend these for those counting their pennies for sure.

This is awesome. It’s big enough for our 2 3.5 month old pups still to be comfortable in while in the car. The mat is washable by hand and is soft and fleeced. It’s got a really good sturdy frame so won’t collapse at all and the mesh zipped sides and top are great for easy access to your pet. It’s also quite light. Fits easily into the back of the car (seat Leon for size) I’d recommend this to anyone to be honest. It’s a great investment for the car and for a crate for the house for a small dog/puppy.

I bought this portable soft crate for my German Shepherd, and it has been absolutely amazing! It is incredibly easy to put up, a breeze to collapse back down, and very easy to wash when needed. I mostly use it for two things: traveling to hotels, and managing the absolute chaos of extreme shedding season. When he is blowing coat, I’ll set this up inside my car during trips to help contain and eliminate the massive amount of hair floating around. Granted, please note this is NOT a crash-tested car kennel!! I solely use it as a containment tool to keep the hair off my seats, not for accident protection. For hotel stays and hair management, it has been a total game-changer. It’s lightweight, durable, and highly recommended for anyone with a heavy-shedding dog and ready for travel!
