But personally I think any woman who is in her reproductive years, or anyone who has a daughter should read this book. I wish it becomes more global. This comes exactly at a time when I'm looking to sync my work schedule with my personal schedule and I'm relying on this method to improve my overall efficiency. One thing, though: the headline over the title reads "a 28-day plan". We'll see if my 31-day-long period gets down to that, but I'm not going to put any pressure on myself towards that. :) I'm here to treat other situations and help my body heal from previous "experiments" with doctor-ordered quick-fixes which were more trouble than they were worth. Thank you for all your research and dedication to this cause, Alisa Vitti. I find it revolutionary!

How To Get Into Your Flo!
This book is my go to for all things that flo hahaha. The information that Alisa presents is thorough and comprehensive. I've read many books on womb wellness and no one has given the infradian rhythm the light it so deserves. The hypothalamus is since a vital gland in our bodies. It's the regulator of our hormones. It has helped me become more aware of my energy levels. I follow the 28 day Moon cycle and it has been wonderful for my emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Now I have a system on how to track and maintain my physical body's wellbeing. She adds another dimension to wholistic wellbeing. I highly recommend this book to women. Highly recommend.

A good insight, but practical advice isn’t very applicable
A great insight into the science behind our menstrual cycles and the ways they have been ignored in current research available. It really did encourage me to look at my cycle differently and to reflect on how I had been ignoring it in the past. My only slight issue was that I didn’t find the advice very applicable. The food sections were extremely restricting (and a faff!). Plus, whilst it would be nice to be able to schedule work/arrangements around my cycle, it’s just not realistic. I feel a lot more educated on my cycle and the fact that I need to change my lifestyle, but I’m still not much wiser as to how after reading this. I’m left feeling a little like the only way to know how is to pick up on the endless plugs for us to spend money on programmes, pills and plans that got a little tiring throughout the book!

This book should be a rite of passage!!
This is a must read for anyone struggling with hormones, fertility or PMS symptoms. This book will refresh the way you look at your monthly cycle so that you can appreciate the wonders our monthly cycle has and to lead a healthier more balanced life. I bought this following my read of woman code and can't stop talking about both to whoever will listen! Thank you Alisa for your work to help me understand my hormones and hopefully I will see results super soon. Woman NEED more access to Alisa's phenomenonal work! Where have you been all my life! I'm so glad I have come across this at a relatively young age so that I can reap the benefits you speak about. Delivery was quick too! Yay!

A good start.
I found this book useful in some respects. It is an okay start to getting into this topic, but as a previous reader said in the comments below - it is full of waffles. The author says the same thing over and over again but in different words. The food menu is not rich enough in my opinion.

This book contains answers to many questions I've had over the years
Thank you, Alisa Vitti! This is a beautifully written, comprehensive guide to the cyclical pattern that females undergo. Alisa has combined both scientific research, personal observations and her gift of communication to explain and expel myths and wrong understandings of the female cycle. The way this book has been presented gives a much practical and unique guidance for each of us to pick and curate our very own way to live a powerful and vivacious life!

Para que mentir, lo vi en tik tok. Algo que agradezco de tik tok es que haya gente que si hace algo bueno por la sociedad y nos enseñan cosas maravillosas. Como este libro por ejemplo. Como mujer, me ha sorprendido muchísimo. En este libro salen cosas de nuestro ciclo que ni mi ginecóloga ni mi doctora me ha explicado. Te ayuda a entender tu ciclo menstrual, tus hormonas, el por que actúas de cierta forma, por eres con un cuerpo tal o cual. Me parece lectura obligatoria para toda mujer.

Good information, hard to implement
The book was really good. I had issues since I started my menstruation. But I wasn't able to implement what I learned from this book. It was too difficult to follow all the recommendations.
