Tastes as smells just like caramel
Very good aroma and flavor. I used it to make caramel coffee creamer and syrup. It is very concentrated, so use a few drops at a time to get the amount of flavor you want. I will definitely purchase it again. Thanks!

The best it’s gone get
I love caramel. On any capacity it’s absolutely great and I really wanted to enhance the taste of my caramilized white chocolate creme patisserie so I indulged. It taste great but I will say when it comes to this extract less is more. Adding too much will leave a bitter slightly artificial taste. But 1/4 tsp to 1/2 AT THE MOST. Will do just fine. It’ll also make it last forever.

Love the product but shipping needs work
I love this caramel extract. It adds the perfect flavor to my icings. My only complaint was the packaging. As you can see by the photos, the bottle was just placed in a plastic shipping bag with no bubble wrap to protect from leaking. Once l opens the bag l noticed that the bottle was dented, but thankfully the extract had not spilled out. I was lucky this time, but l would like to see more care placed on the shipping end.

I’ve done a couple different LorAnn extracts and they’ve all been great. None of the supermarkets around me carry caramel extract so I’m happy to find this on Amazon. I use this caramel extract in chocolate cherry protein shakes and it is awesome! A little dash goes a long way.
