Genuinely surprised. I wasn't sure what I was getting when I ordered these. Upon getting them they were packaged great and there were no issues any damaged cans. I will say, the first sip is going to be weird because these are pretty salty as they have almost 50% of your daily recommended sodium intake. However, the flavors are fantastic and I have to be careful to not drink more than one of these a day. Definitely not something you want to drink just because you're bored and want to drink something. Save these for when you are doing high levels of activity.

I loved these! Taste was so good and I felt it was a treat for myself after a hard workout. So good when they're super cold. Had issues with hydration and my electrolytes. Water alone wasn't doing it. Did before and after test with doctor and my hydration was drastically increased after taking. Have to watch the salt though. They're so good I want to drink so much and it's too much salt. Must drink in moderation.

I have POTS and this is SO helpful for me. I do use their electrolyte packets, which have 1000mg of salt. This has 500mg so keep that in mind. I get tired of drinking plain water and I love having this option of the sparkling water. I love the pineapple flavor! I like that this brand is simple and not full of a ton of B vitamins like other brands. Just magnesium, potassium and sodium. It’s also zero sugar which I prefer. The only thing I don’t like is the price. I do think these are quite expensive so I don’t have one everyday. But if you’re trying to get that salt intake in? These are a great option. I also like to use these as mocktails and LMNT has recipes on their website which is cool.

I enjoyed the flavors. It was very salty so I was sure to pour it over ice and kept them in my pantry instead of in the fridge so the ice would water it down a bit. Overall, it was easy to grab and drink.
