These work fine for in home/shop use. I put these in my sister's bedroom, bathroom and my living room and shop. They have decent range and communication is loud and clear. A decent intercom system for home at a good price.

These Wireless Intercom stations from Wuloo have made our business processes a lot more efficient, convenient, timely and they add that much needed premium look and feel to our small office making our team appear more professional. Buy it! It’s worth every penny! This brand and model is by far the best in the market. They’re sold at a slightly higher retail price than its known competitors but then when you see the LCD fill digital display and function, setup will be as easy as one, two, three. The added functions such as recharging using any standard powerbank has allowed us to use these at our pop-up shops and events. I think there’s a useful baby monitor function too but since we bought these for office use, we use that function instead to spy on our employees. Lol. Just kidding. All in all, this is GREAT!

The item arrived on time and was packaged well and came complete with all items it was supposed to have included. After opening the first unit and examining it I was a little concerned that I had purchased an item that was going to be disappointing. the unit is made of plastic and very lightweight so I feared it would not be very sturdy and as it seemed to be cheaply made I was not expecting it to work well either. I am fairly sure that the instructions were a poor English translation of an Asian original, which is normally evident in the absence of pronouns and confusion of the verb usage! So the instructions were a bit confusing and when followed we could not get the units to communicate. So I was preparing to package them for return and opted to play around with them a bit on my own. As it turned out the instructions explained one step incorrectly, as well as omitted another step altogether. So after verifying all four units did actually work I retyped the correct operating instructions, redistributed them with the units, and forgot about them. Then today I suddenly heard my granddaughters' voice come through on my unit and was able to respond. I was very surprised to find that her voice came through perfectly clear without static or squelches! Yesterday I would have given this item maybe two stars, but after successfully using the units to have several conversations with my granddaughter and being able to hear her as clearly as though she were standing right next to me, I added two more stars! It did not get that final score because the confusion of the instructions had me prepared to return them for a refund! Despite the error with the instructions I still strongly recommend the product they are definitely worth the money.

We got tired of yelling and wanted a better solution and so bought these, which wound up serving the purpose, easy to set up and use and when we experienced some one interference were easily able to change to a different band, which solved the problem, but what promoted to write this review was that after we had one unit that went bad after the warranty had ended, we reached out to the customer support and they were immediately responsive with an offer of replacement at no cost to us and so what can I say other than great product with equally great customer support, thanks Wuloo.

We purchased a total of 7 base stations and a set of doorbells so that we could link the products together. This was to be the subsequent system since my youngest outgrew the baby monitor as well as a way for my wife to inform the kids to come downstairs for dinner. It barely meets our needs. The good: Sound quality was slightly better than expected. Range is very good. No problems reaching throughout a 4,000 sq. ft. home. The bad: There is not an easy way to use to call individual stations. You set the equipment to channels and codes. You can have the units set to all the same tags (and all transmissions go to all units) or separate them to have unique channels. If you do the latter, then in order to call from one location to the other, you have to change your station to the channel you are calling and then change it back after your call so that you are able to receive further messages in case some one calls your designated channel. Design and execution are definitely lacking here. If you are linking the doorbell system to the intercom, there are only 3 channel options for the doorbell, so channel options on your stations would be essentially limited to 3. The ugly: There is no security to this system at all. It really is just an FM transmitter and receiver. Our first test communications drew responses from some not so happy homeowners that apparently have the same system. Extensive range has a downside. My children enjoy having coded handles, but honestly, anyone can be listening to your coversation. As much as privacy is a concern, I am equally worried about a middle of the night transmission from someone's doorbell that would wake my kids. Overall, it's not a terrible system, but it has some serious limitation that really only works for certain situations.

I bought a set of four of these units and am currently only using two. They work well and the sound is clear,as long as you talk in a normal tone of voice. For some reason people seem to think they have to talk louder to be heard. This is incorrect and makes the voice more distorted the louder you talk. I had one problem with one unit where the talk button was stuck in the on position and neither unit would work until the button was released. I think this was user error in not pressing button down in the center causing it to get stuck on. It has never happened since. I contacted customer service about the problem and they email you back within a day. There solutions were of little help and I ended up solving it myself. They tried to help but maybe I didn't explain the problem correctly. Based on my use of these units I would recommend them.

The intercoms are very easy to set up and install. Uses standard 5V 1A USB power supply, but oddly a non-standard tip/ring plug. Configuring the intercoms is simple and done in less than 30 seconds. However, using them ... it is best to just set them all to the same channel so you are always calling and/or talking to all units at the same time. Calling a unit with a different channel requires you to temporarily re-configure the local intercom to match the remote intercom's channel/code. Why this must be done versus just "call station X" is beyond me. At least the units can be set to return to original channel after your call is finished. But I find this odd and not what I would expect. 3 stars for functional units. -2 stars for requiring reconfig to call different channel Edit: -2 another stars. After 1.5 years of light use, 1 of 4 units will no longer permanently save the code. For 1 5 years this specific unit kept the channel and code correctly. Then one day it reset to 00 code. Attempts to lock correct code fail, it resets to 00 code after 1 minute. Attempts to change channel and code also fail. Lock by holding Menu for 3 seconds beeps and appears to work, but channel and code reset to previous channel and 00 code after 1 minute. Due to annoy way to change channels (no easy "call station" buttons), and the broken unit after 1.5 years, I would not buy this again, nor would I suggest to anyone else to buy them.

Quick delivery. One unit of the four had an issue in which the channel kept changing back to 01 01 after about a minute, no matter which channel I programmed in. After contacting customer service I learned that this is actually a feature to allow you to temporarily change the channel and then after one minute of no use the unit switches back to the primary channel without you having to do it manually. It is a good feature and is turned on or off by pressing and holding the "Menu" button for 3 seconds, once you have programmed in your primary channel of your liking. The units are light weight, small footprint and have great range. I use them with my Family Radios Service radios when the grandchildren come to visit. The children are given a walkie-talkie FRS radio when they go out to play in the neighborhood and we can talk to them on the Wuloo intercom because they are compatible. You really can't go wrong buying these intercoms.

After purchasing a 4 unit intercom system we had one unit that was not working right. We contacted Wuloo and in no time at all they sent us a replacement unit. Now everything is working exactly the way we need it to and I don't think I have ever dealt with a Company so quick to take care of it's customer's needs. They really deserve a 5 star Plus rating in my opinion! Small intercoms are subject to interference and are not perfectly clear sound wise but this is the best I have ever heard and used in this price range. When I worked an office years ago the commercial telephone intercom system there was only very slightly more clear than this one. An excellent Company to deal with.

Perfect for our new home, we have them in the shops and on the third floor, works as expected, easy to set up and can turn the volume up or down. Grandkids love to you it, just speak slow and clear! Works great.

The product is reasonable but not up to the standard in coverage. It is not even covering my villa. The other issue is the plug, it is all USB without appropriate plug for the country ship to.
