Why is this selling for $15 on Amazon when you can purchase in the grocery store for $5 or under?

I think the price difference is a matter of distribution. If you can't get this flour in your local grocery store, your options are limited. I was able to purchase White Luly unbleached flour at only one store within 25 miles of my home. The self rising flour, however, was unavailable in my metro area. I've found White Lily Self Rising flour to be superior to other self rising flours, particularly when making biscuits.
