Helpful for nausea
I love the scent of this roll on stick to combat my motion sickness. I’m someone who is easily prone to motion sickness but I don’t want it to stop my from living life. So I got this product to try to see if it could help. At the amusement park my daughter wanted to go on a ride that goes in a circle (my literal nightmare). I applied some to my wrists and sniffed some before I went one the ride. As I started to feel like I might get nauseous I would sniff my wrists (weird I know) but I definitely felt like it helped. I also applied to the back of my neck/behind my ears for more support. Highly recommend for people who are prone to motion sickness or just nausea in general.

Perfect for migraines
I used this when I had a horrible migraine. I’ve tried just about everything. This worked wonders for the nausea. The fragrance was just enough to set me at ease without being part of the problem. I’ll definitely buy more to keep around my house and purse.

Yucky smell to my 12yr old
This did not help with my 12yr old daughter’s car sickness because it smelled yucky to her. It’s reminiscent of spearmint gum with a tinge of stinky plants. It reminds me of my smoker grandma who chewed double-mint. We’ll stick with the electronic Relief Band and patches behind the ears.
