I got this thermal paper for my business use, and it has been working very well with my receipt printer and POS system. These rolls of thermal paper are exactly what I needed for printing receipts for customers at our coffee shop. I guess I never really thought about there being toxins in paper of any kind but knowing that the manufacturing company made a conscience decision to take the health of consumers and the environment into consideration speaks volumes... my hats off to them for that. As far as the thermal paper goes, the stock of the paper is thick, and these rolls fit perfectly into our printer. So far there have been no paper jams, and the print is clear on the paper and there are no smudges. The red warning towards the end of each roll is a great feature letting you know that the time is near for you to exchange out the old roll, thus saving you time in the moment. And getting a box of 50 is an incredible value. This thermal paper strong, durable, and it is easy to install. I highly recommend this product.

Picked this up for a small medical practice. We run a good number of credit card transactions every month. The Markswell thermal paper is for our POS credit card reader and receipt printer. The 2 1/4" x 50" roll is the exact replacement size we need. The roIl fits perfectly, prints fast, runs smoothly with no jams so far, and the output is clear and legible. These rolls are non-phenol. So eco friendly, and good for the health of staff and customers. Indeed, there is no residual chemical smell from handling the paper. The "phenol free" notice on the back of the printout is a nice touch; provides reassurance to our staff. I did want to have further assurance of the process and requested documentations from the seller. Sadly, no reply whatsoever, not even an acknowlegement...so that's disappointing. However, the 50 rolls in the box will last a while for us, and at $0.72/roll, the price is pretty decent for that many rolls.

Nothing super special about these, but they have some nice convenient details: -Huge pack of them so they’ll last a long time -Water mark on the back -Easily able to write on it -Not too thick of a roll so they fit easily in different machines -Not too much glue so new rolls are easy to peel “open” without ripping the layer behind it.

This is a compatible with the handheld square machine. Sizing was as advertised. It works great in the square handheld without having any jams or issues. The paper quality is as good or better than the brand replacements. It’s not so thick it causes jams but not so thin it’s hard to work with. Overall a great value. Would definitely recommend!

Nice small rolls making them easy to throw them into my set-up kit for vendor events. Most folks don't care about receipts, but nice to have on hand for those who do without having to get a phone number or e-mail address!

It gets the job done but with a cost. Worked on our thermal label printer but it wouldnt switch back to labels from continuous print afterwards. I thought it might have broken our printer honestly. We reset everything cleaned the printer head and it finally switched back. I think it left behind some residue that made it impossible for our printer to read the gap in the labels. On top of all that, the brand name is on the back as a watermark. It makes it super inconvenient if you're trying to print a nice gift receipt or message when the back has the tacky watermark. Plastered everywhere. It also doesnt print as bold when the image and fonts are bigger. Tiny letters give you a nice crisp print but bigger ones are faded. Its also so thin that you can see right through the paper to the watermark on the other side. Considering that it almost ruined our printer, I won't be using it again anytime soon. I don't feel like gambling with our expensive printer for this cheap residue filled paper. So this purchase is just another vine buythat increase our taxable income for useless products.

When it arrived the original box was damaged and it was put in a larger Amazon box with most of the rolls just thrown in but they seem okay. However there were only 47 rolls instead of the 50.
