The parts that refer to bicycle repair are identical. Amazon has the habit of selling people books that are available for free on the internet. While you can find a copy of BICYCLE REPAIRING by S. D. V. Burr (1896) as well as a copy of BICYCLE AND MOTORCYCLE REPAIRING by Charles. W. Leng (1912); both are available in Hathitrust.
