Excellent Suspension Refresh for 8th Gen Hybrid – High Quality and Easy Install
I recently installed this 4-piece control arm and ball joint kit on my 8th Gen Honda Civic Hybrid to replace a badly worn ball joint. Instead of struggling with a bushing press tool to refresh my old arms, swapping the entire unit was a much more efficient solution. Installation: The process was surprisingly straightforward. Since the ball joint bolts on and the main connections are just a few large subframe bolts, it’s a very manageable DIY project. Most of the other complex components stay on the knuckle, so these parts swap in cleanly. Performance & Feel: These arms come pre-loaded with solid polyurethane (PU) bushings. Compared to factory rubber, these are much stiffer and less prone to collapsing under load. This made a noticeable difference for my Hybrid; since the car is a bit heavier due to the battery pack, the solid bushings help the suspension feel more composed. The ride is now tight and noticeably more responsive. Build Quality: The red finish is a thick, high-gloss coating that looks great and seems like it will stay clean and resist the elements well. While this setup might be slightly "overkill" for a Hybrid daily driver, the improved steering feel is undeniable. This kit would be an absolute home run for an Si model. Pros: No bushing press required (complete assembly). PU bushings provide a stiffer, more responsive feel. Handles the extra weight of the Hybrid battery well. L/R markings and pre-assembled ball joints save time. Cons: None so far, though the ride is definitely firmer than stock. Verdict: If you want to refresh a high-mileage 8th Gen Civic and want something more durable than OEM rubber, this is a fantastic value. Just be sure to get a professional alignment afterward!

Solid Upgrade for My Civic. Noticeable Difference Right Away.
I installed this kit on my 2008 Civic and honestly wish I had done it sooner. My front end had been feeling a little loose and worn out, especially over bumps and when braking, and this took care of that right away. Everything fit like it should. No weird modifications or forcing parts into place. It lined up well with the factory mounting points, which made the install a lot smoother than I expected. If you’ve done suspension work before, it’s pretty straightforward. The upgraded bushings are definitely a nice touch. The car feels tighter and more responsive now, especially when turning. There’s less play in the steering and it just feels more solid overall. I also noticed less clunking over uneven roads, which was a big plus. And I also like that the grease fittings are right on the top of the ball joint, easily accessible. Build quality seems good too. The parts feel sturdy and not cheap, which is always a concern with aftermarket kits. So far everything has held up well with normal driving. This is a solid replacement option. It brought my car back to feeling a lot more stable and confident on the road. Definitely worth it.

This 12-piece suspension kit is a great all-in-one solution for refreshing the front end of an 8th gen Honda Civic. It includes lower control arms and related components, so you don’t have to source parts separately, which saves time and effort. The upgraded PU bushings are a nice touch, offering a firmer feel and better durability compared to standard rubber. Fitment is accurate for 2006–2011 models, and installation is manageable if you have some experience with suspension work. Once installed, it helps tighten up handling and reduce play in the front end. Overall, it’s a solid value kit that improves both performance and reliability.

Great Replacement Kit
I recently installed these front lower control arms & nall joints kit on my 2009 Honda Civic and I’m genuinely impressed. Right out of the box, you can tell these parts are well made. The upgraded polyurethane bushings feel tougher than the stock rubber and they add a noticeable firmness and responsiveness to the suspension without feeling harsh. Installation was straightforward since this is a direct fit suspension replacement for Civic models from 2006 through 2011. Everything lined up nicely and there were no surprises or modifications needed, which made the whole process a lot smoother than I anticipated. The red accents are a nice visual touch under the hood too. Small detail but it adds a bit of personality to the engine bay. On the road, the difference is there. Steering feels more solid and I’ve noticed less play and more confidence in cornering. These parts feel like a legitimate upgrade over the worn stock control arms and joints, and overall the quality feels sturdy and durable. If you’re refreshing the front suspension on an older Civic like mine, this kit is a solid choice and definitely worth considering.

I will update review after install and 6 months down the line. At face value looks great, I appreciate the upgraded bushings and the price is good. But install and time will tell quality in the end. Suggest using Ai google to lable parts on the part bags prior to install, not sure if an ai error but part numbers are listed as moog.
